After less than 12 months use (not even that frequently), battery won't charge beyond 10% and FM radio mode has constant interference, likely from within. Binned it before it caused a fire. Good while it lasted, but poor quality battery. Tried different chargers and cables, but same result each time.
Even if plugged into the wall, it will switch itself off when battery is too low, so can't even use as wired device.
When you turn on the speaker its always preset at full volume, Is there a way to change that?
I have the same soundbar i used a cable to plug into my tv to get the sound through to the soundbar from the tv for some reason the soundbar goes all fuzzy and won’t play sound sometimes it does the it doesn’t i’ve tried everything other than connecting it to a cable it doesn’t work. Any tips please? Also i tried connecting it to everyone else’s tv around the house it still has the same problem.

if your tv has bluetooth and yes can turn light off by pressing m button on top goes threw the flashing modes and one mode is lights off
you can also use it with a tv if the tv has a headphone connecter, same as a headset connecter. connect the aux cable to the tv and the bar then it should work
I got 2 light bars from there but lost the name of its app name to mange the lights from my phone, any chance u know the name of the app, or qr code ?
Its called SymphonyLight. I lost it too, but just found it again.
Battery life from fully charged, is roughly 10 minutes..
You have to keep it plugged in with the USB if you want to use it for any longer than that..
