for pvp , its not recommended for you to test it on dummy, due dummy immune to status (poison), the most op stuff for sbx is the new poison, it does not matter even enemy has 90-100% reduction they still die to new poison.
btw Fox Mask Best mask description says with every 2crit u get 0.5%crit dmg increase then if u hav [(500crit/2=250)*0.5=+125%crit dmg]-25% penalty=final crit dmg inc is 100% crit dmg... thats a lot compared to +10%AA dmge of other headwear

for the crit dmg its apply to everyone, as for the 100% crit only apply to mobs & mvps.

the dmg effect should apply for all use, only the first line which is critical (100%) rate, is not working for pvps.
