With the camera angle, hi-vis line, and the sun, I enjoyed watching for the line jump with a crappie take. I found myself joining you in setting the hook. My rescue lap dog would pick his head up and look for what I was doing. 😊

I was very busy doing things around the house today.....but I stopped, went down to the water and fished for an hour or so, caught a nice yellow perch. And do you know why? Because its good 'fer me. :)

From my experience fishing crapies they like to be in the shadows. When the son is directly on top of them the go in the deep water.
