Hi, as you can see in the video it is made in one piece of a long rectangle shape that reaches from wrist to wrist. To make is ‘baggier’ make the rectangle wider ( more rows ) so that the whole thing would be bigger and baggier including the sleeves. I hope this helps 😀🙏
Hi, when you have folded and joined the rectangle, you could start working in the round on the end of each sleeve and increase your stitches on every round until it’s flared out as much as you like. I hope this helps 😀🙏
