Bro cylinder deactivation is Not what you are explaining,its not about higher RPM,its about a Constent speed and its not like 2 cylinders are doing work of 4,after building inertia which is required to move the vehicle there is fuel cut off in two cylinders,when you again accelerate fir more speed injectors will again inject fuel in cut off cylinders.
