I agree! It took a while to accept my need for an adult diaper. I suffered with embarrassment from accidents, as well as discomfort from constantly having a strong urge to use the bathroom. I started off with Depends, but they leaked and I constantly needed to change. I never felt secure wearing them. I knew there were diapers for adults, but I thought only elderly people in nursing homes used them. Then I found your videos. Not only did your videos provide helpful objective data about diapers, but they helped me see that a diaper is nothing more than a tool to manage a medical condition like the glasses I wear. Once I understood that, I was able to accept that I needed an adult diaper to manage my incontinence. As you say, they are just underwear! Now I am dry and protected. I feel more confident and secure wearing a diaper and I can live my life without worry.

I plan to eventually try both the capacities again by ordering through one of your affiliate links.
The BetterDry products are very consistent. They’ve been my go to diaper for about a year. I’ve tried the “day” product too. They’re excellent too. I prefer the originals because of the volume they can handle.
I have this diaper on with a double booster pad insert for my heavy wetting needs .This diaper is holding up being 3/4 wett I also have bowel issues to add to these to be tested .I'm putting on plastic panties just in case .
Yes, I paid ISO to get the full standard (ISO 11948)for review, if you see products ISO rating this is the standard used, this standard tests Complete absorbency using the Rothwell Method, while there are multiple steps it is essentially dunking the product in a pool of saline, allowing the product to absorb fluid for a time then letting the garment drip excess. so this tests maximum absorption but this is not how the garment is used in real world use. We choose to test based on how the garments is used and how the Average Heathy adult bladder works So our "Normal Flow tests" using 18-20 ML/S flow rate at bladder capacities which are 200-400ml (we use 400ml most often) we have never seen any product capable of matching ISO ratings with real world use. our opinion, the ISO test is great for manufactures but fail the public for Real world usages!
ISO 19331 is not available and been a work progress for a while current status is deleted, my understanding it would more match our testing but is not open for public so I cant say how close it would be to the standard We created for our testing.
Just a head up Jason, your site is harder to navigate than the youtube channel. I click on Moderate incotniennce and the page doesnt load, and its easier and quicker for me to find the product review i'm interested navigating the channel instead of the website.

I honestly prefer the day version to the original betterdry, the fact that they are just slightly thinner makes them much more comfortable for use during the day and they are absorbent enough where they really don't require many more additional changes.
I'm only light/moderate bladder IC, so any premium diaper can last all day for me. Sometimes I'll sleep in a premium diaper and still feel dry the next morning, and won't need a change up until the afternoon. Normally the briefs I get from Wal-mart work fine both day & night.
