I LOVE this location, and the SNOW! I have been in areas similar to this with snow this deep, and a couple times deeper than this. It was wonderful. It's so much more work and effort, but the rewards WAY outweigh that. Snow-hikes, or snow-camping is THE best, bar none. I thought I'd mention, just in case, your stove seems like it could use some lube. You can get dry lube --- graphite powder. We use to use it, and it works pretty well. You don't need to carry it with you. Just treat all threaded pieces and jointed places as part of a maintenance routine at home. It doesn't take much, so look into it, because the high heat can really take a toll on things that require threaded/hinged parts. Thanks for sharing this!

Great job sir! It confuses me for a long time if the snow under the floor of the tent is stable enough to avoid collapsing suddenly cause inside temperature goes higher. I always worry about this during watching your video.
Thank you! The snow where I camped was about .75 meters deep. Once it snows that much the weight on top compresses the snow underneath and turns it more solid. Then I pack the snow down on top by walking where my tent will be to compact it even more. It’s very stable afterwards. The heat inside the tent actually melts the snow inside turning it almost to ice. It only gets stronger the longer I camp on it. Very good question! I hope that helps 😊

Yeah, I can eat a lot, especially after all that work lol. That was my first meal of the day and I was famished! I have been on the carnivore diet for months now so I can’t eat carbs. I have plenty of energy for hiking. I take supplements too though.

По поводу промокания некоторых частей тела.. странно что в USA не продают так называемых "поджопников". Это кусок туристического коврика 30х20см и продетая через отверстия по краям резиновая лента с пряжкой. В России (и не только) продаются повсеместно и стоят пару центов. Одевается на пояс и висит на спине, не мешая. Когда нужно сесть просто опускается но спины на жопу )). Жаль ютуб не позволяет вставить картинку или даже ссылку на картинку. Продолжаю смотреть дальше ..
