Overall PO is A very Little better than AFO
Almost 3-4% only
Very little what Bank po is way more better than Afo. An afo till scale 3 will always be posted in rural areas and their leased accomodation is minimums but a po can get metro posting, urba areas too and leased accomodation automatically jumps and btw Ibps po cracker person is equivalent to Cat level even better and an Afo just gets the job by only studying agriculture in mains and so in case of fast track promotion through merit a Po will always beat an afo.
