Here is my video of a ACA Allertor. This siren is located at a park right behind the high school at Augsburg Park. During the attack test you can hear the 4/5 West Bank Thunderbolt.
This Allertor got removed back in 2018. I got to the siren just in time for the test and never turned on unfortunately it was replace a month later with a 2001 130
Richfield should of gotten 508s since every single inner ring Suburb city gets 2001-130s I heard Falcon Hieghts got a 508 that replaced a Thunderbeam RSH-10
RCDude You’re right, the sirens are 15 minutes away from each other (driving distance) so there is no possible way that you could hear the West Bank Thunderbolt.
+Carlos Aponte Really do you mean the East Bank one that one is gone the West Bank one is still standing and is still operational to this day there are a couple videos of it
I went to the park where this siren is and it got replaced by a federal signal 2001-130
R.I.P Augsburg park ACA allertor 1970-2019
Very low pitched. Is it single or 3-phase?
Single Phase
@@raceing91 Could it be a rotting or faulty cap?

It's very unfortunate that Augsburg Park and Nicolette Park's ACA Allertors got replaced with 2001 SRNs
They were 130s btw
As of July 2019, this siren has been replaced with a 2001-130
Whyyyyy.
CSX 5367 Railfan productions It was very low pitch
I heard this one has been replaced by a FS 2001-130. Rip Alertor. I miss the one in St. Anthony also replaced with a 2001-130

That thing sounds like it was having a hard time. Bad caps... single phase ACAs... -_-
I have reported it to the city and they will have there siren repair company look at this week.
+Aaron Nepstad It's been a year...
Is it still there?
If It Is, Is it fixed?
Warning Sirens Of Minnesota your the reason the siren got replaced?

Sound like a Fedelcode/federal/federal signal model 5/5t
Single phased nice
nice!
Woo boy.. Sounds like a bad set of run caps.
I doubt you can hear the West Bank Thunderbolt from THAT far. You must have heard something else.
Paul Spomer If you listen with good headphones you can hear it over this Allertor
Eh the 4/5 port tone probably carries a pretty good distance

Not the healthiest siren.
Why is this allertor is blue
You should re record the West Bank 4/5. Maybe at a distance? Like a mile away?
Where is a good position that is a mile away from the 4/5 Port Thunderbolt 1000T to record
the west bank 4/5 is gone. obly one left is on the u of m
+Carlos Aponte Really do you mean the East Bank one that one is gone the West Bank one is still standing and is still operational to this day there are a couple videos of it
