That lanky creature you saw that played the old timey music is Cartoon Cat, a creature created by the same person who created Sirenhead, a Canadian horror artist named Trevor Henderson, he makes a lot of really cool creature designs. Cartoon Cat is meant to look like an old 1930s style cartoon character. In Trevor's description of him he said he also can distort his body & defy physics like typical cartoon characters. Really cool creature.

@AmeenProBro That was probably just something said in the song that accompanied him when he spawned, because no, it wasn't Bendy, Cartoon Cat is meant to be an old cartoon character like Bendy, but I think Cartoon Cat was created before Bendy was, I could be mistaken though.
34:33 This thing is cartoon cat. It has a lot of health and it can't swim, it walks on the blocks under water very fast like there's no water. Also you can kill it with lava but it has a lot of hearts and deals a lot of damage. Ohh and it can climb walls like spiders do.
Also I think if you added this cartoon cat, there will be cartoon dog which is the same but spawns only in deep caves like above by a little deepslate and in the deepslate area.

I think they can't die in the mod either in lava. When he accidentally got the thing in while trying to lure siren head, it stayed in the lava without dying. it was just trapped and couldnt get out, i think
