Been saying that for months now Deku technically isn’t even at 100% he just unlocked majority of his quirks but he’s not at peak potential, I kinda observe this like Gon potential wasn’t touched at all but we did get a glimpse of what he could become.

Not sure what the hell happened but these last 3 chapters have put the momentum back into the series. First La Brava, then Gentle and Nagant and finally getting Shigaraki reclaiming his body have really brought back the hype. Now just need to kill off AFO at this point

That’s why he was yelling at kurogiri to warp him back to his real body so he could do something before his bodyis rewinded into nothing

I usually don’t like how over powered characters start breaking the anime and to an extent start taking the fun out of watching the anime but if you got a over powered protagonist like deku and a equally overpowered antagonist like shigi I think it works

Deku can't use 100% one for all yet he uses the other abilities to give himself a psuedo 120% they broke it down during his little stunt catching villains from the prison breaks I believe. That's the final power up I assume

I truly enjoy the fact that we’re seeing our petty super villain find out that because he made too many plans ahead of time he didn’t look for outliers. Basically he’s been so used to being top dog for so long and that no one will outsmart him and no one will be able to ruin the plans. He set in motion, but he never once considered the fact that one of his plans one of his apprentices his protégés might actually be his protégé like you were raising someone to become a super villain so you could take them over and you didn’t think the super villain you were raising might be an actual villain to you?? And on top of that, he chose the child of one of his enemies. Actually just 300% if 100% of Ofa, fajin, and gearshift was simultaneously used. Since deku is using Ofa at 45%. I did some calculations on how he got to the 120 percentage. Right now deku is using 120% of Ofa alongside fajin and gearshift. In other words he’s using a false version of Ofa at 120%. Using 45% of Ofa along with fajin gave him faux 100%. This means fajin gave him 55% in order to replicate that 100%. Now using gearshift, it adds 20% to that false 100% to make 120. Now let’s say theoretically he uses those other two quirks at their maximum? He can most likely achieve 300% worth of Ofa. I know it’s a lot so you don’t have to take into account but hey I tried right? lol

Wanting to destroy everything to do with that house, I think goes further than destroying AFO. I believe he's wanting to completely destroy Hero Society. Not just put it in heavy disarray like it currently is, but making sure there's no more heros. Maybe also no more villains. Because, Kotaro - his father - hated heroes, for being "abandoned" by his own mother, Nana Shimura. And that hatred led eventually to him being cold and abusive towards Tenko, which... did lead towards Tenko snapping and killing them all. So, as he's said from the beginning, the root cause is this current society of heroes and villains.
Hear me out deku passes out afo shows up and talks with shigiraki and then out of no where we hear all might laughing as he approaches the both of them
There has to be a mindscape/vestigeworld fight against afo, with midoriya and shigaraki teaming up and shigaraki suicides with afo and midoriya saves tenko, this might result in the destruction of both quirks, afo and ofa. Meaning this is the end of hero deku as the greatest hero saving the world by saving one crying child.
Final battle could be Shiggy killing AFO and taking all his quirks he has to amp himself after Deku is already gassed out making everything seem hopeless then every major hero comes in to help Deku ending with Deku bringing out Tenko or something
If Shigaraki already merged with AFO, he could've already seen the memory of AFO bringing Tenko back home with the decay quirk being inserted within him secretly.
So maybe when he said he was remembering everything that happened… he remembered AFO giving him decay. Maybe we’ll see a panel of that memory and this whole time he’s been plotting to kill him…?

I Feel like All for one should reveal he is dekus father to break him and then shigiraki just doesn’t care and he challenges all for one in the vestige world And then shigiraki and deku have an emotional battle and then when then deku puts his hand on shigirakis face like the avatar or shigirakis old hand on his face And they enter the vestige world and deku and nana tell him there is still a way to become a hero through him being rewinded to a baby by eri and getting a fresh start at life to be better And then he accepts And him and deku pass out at the same time which leaves us with suspense for chapter 380 Where Bakugou could wake up And ochako could be dealing with the twice clones and then see deku when she is in the air and awaken her quirk And then the todoroki family could awaken Phoenix versions of their quirk With endeavor the overheating Phoenix orange and purple Dabi as a Phoenix Blue And todoroki as a Phoenix ice and fire using phosphorus And this could be how Dabi and endeavor survive their fight By coming back to life as a Phoenix does And finally fixing their broken family
But deku isnt even full power yet. He just has all quirks unlocked but OFA itself is only at 45 - 50% max output. Hes been using the other quirks to achieve a pseudo All Might 100% force output. I cant wait for him to be actual 100%.
You know, shigaraki coming back would be so much better without the rushed pacing and all the AfO retcons. I just noticed that we barely had time to see shigaraki character development after the villain arc. After that he was reduced to a tool and i sincerely stopped caring about all the previous parallels he had with deku.
AFO and Shiggy WILL fight because AFO needs to force the copy of his AFO quirk into Tomura to take full control, which means he needs to touch him, and obviously Shiggy doesn't want that to happen.

Main reason AFO has lost his cool state, because he merge with tomura personally. In order AFO steal OFA is mix himself with tomura hate, even though he hate all might, but he lost all hate though all might after he pass OFA to deku.
Satisfying for Nagant to come back and be utilized, was tried of characters being introduced and almost immediately dying or being turned into fodder- a LOT of them being women- bar from maybe 2 male characters. Too many of them were wasted potential. Also makes us happy that things are finally not going AFOs way
Theory: AFO killing ruining the story is meta and intended by Horikoshi. Horikoshi wanted us to hate AFO so he made him the source of every problem in the plot and execution of the writing. It's obvious that we're not supposed to like this guy and what he represents. Horikshi WANTS us to hate him lol
What if Eri rewinds Shigaraki back to Tenko from before he got his decay quirk? And maybe rewinds Deku to before he got OFA? Deku would be the world’s greatest hero, without a quirk.

But his plans for Tomura didn't take into account something important about Shigarki: He is at his most dangerous state when backed into a corner and that is when his own malice and mind work at their best. Deku isn’t actually using Full cowling 100% he’s probably using like 45% added on with his additional quirks so if he uses full cowling 100% it would be more than triple he could ever use before

Sending the Twice Doubles over to Monoma will be a considerable mistke on their part. Monoma's double's won't be limited to just using Double like the Twice Double's are. It's going to get crazy having two opposed infinte armies going at it.
If afo does go to shigaraki, there’s a possibility that (if the afo gave tenko decay theory is right) shigaraki might recognize afo from the day he dropped him off and he’ll put 2 and 2 together and kill afo

I believe he's wanting to completely destroy Hero Society. Not just put it in heavy disarray like it currently is, but making sure there's no more heros. Maybe also no more villains. Because, Kotaro - his father - hated heroes, for being "abandoned" by his own mother, Nana Shimura. And that hatred led eventually to him being cold and abusive towards Tenko, which... did lead towards Tenko snapping and killing them all. So, as he's said from the beginning, the root cause is this current society of heroes and villains.

There has to be a mindscape/vestigeworld fight against afo, with midoriya and shigaraki teaming up and shigaraki suicides with afo and midoriya saves tenko, this might result in the destruction of both quirks, afo and ofa. Meaning this is the end of hero deku as the greatest hero saving the world by saving one crying child.
Final battle could be Shiggy killing AFO and taking all his quirks he has to amp himself after Deku is already gassed out making everything seem hopeless then every major hero comes in to help Deku ending with Deku bringing out Tenko or something
If Shigaraki already merged with AFO, he could've already seen the memory of AFO bringing Tenko back home with the decay quirk being inserted within him secretly.
I feel like everyone is forgetting Bakugo is being healed. He's definitly making his come back and a 2 on 1 in some form of fashion is very likely

And they enter the vestige world and deku and nana tell him there is still a way to become a hero through him being rewinded to a baby by eri and getting a fresh start at life to be better
And then he accepts
And him and deku pass out at the same time which leaves us with suspense for chapter 380
Where Bakugou could wake up
And ochako could be dealing with the twice clones and then see deku when she is in the air and awaken her quirk
And then the todoroki family could awaken Phoenix versions of their quirk
With endeavor the overheating Phoenix orange and purple
Dabi as a Phoenix Blue
And todoroki as a Phoenix ice and fire using phosphorus
And this could be how Dabi and endeavor survive their fight
By coming back to life as a Phoenix does
And finally fixing their broken family

You know, shigaraki coming back would be so much better without the rushed pacing and all the AfO retcons. I just noticed that we barely had time to see shigaraki character development after the villain arc. After that he was reduced to a tool and i sincerely stopped caring about all the previous parallels he had with deku.
AFO and Shiggy WILL fight because AFO needs to force the copy of his AFO quirk into Tomura to take full control, which means he needs to touch him, and obviously Shiggy doesn't want that to happen.

Main reason AFO has lost his cool state, because he merge with tomura personally. In order AFO steal OFA is mix himself with tomura hate, even though he hate all might, but he lost all hate though all might after he pass OFA to deku.

Satisfying for Nagant to come back and be utilized, was tried of characters being introduced and almost immediately dying or being turned into fodder- a LOT of them being women- bar from maybe 2 male characters. Too many of them were wasted potential.

Deku isn’t actually using Full cowling 100% he’s probably using like 45% added on with his additional quirks so if he uses full cowling 100% it would be more than triple he could ever use before
