It's a pity that Congo-Brazzaville is investing in modern infrastructures that are not paying off. Like the Kintele sports complex, the Kintele conference centre, of which this hotel is a part, has hardly seen any activity, even though it cost the state at least $200 million, money that it is unable to pay the Turkish company Summa, which built it.
No the problem is that congo brazza is not a big country and their population is less than 6 million ppl and i'm sure you can guess that the rich ppl in brazza are less compare to at least congo kin. But then ppl don't have the momey to go to those places... there for only those with money can enjoy it and that why the business is not going anywhere and everywhere looks empty almost like a ghost town. Also more than half of the population is poor and don't have money so you can kinda say they are building all these things for nothing if it own citizens can't even affored it, only foreigners or european will enjoy them and are more likely to be seen at those places
