I saw Mott and Queen on Broadway in either 74 or 75. What a great show. Always been a fan of Ian. What a great song. I only hope I can rock like him when I'm 72.
Love this track. Brilliant musician and star of my most angst ridden years, Ian Hunter. I missed him in NYC a couple years ago but I get to see him tomorrow in Portland. Can't wait.
I was at the last night of the Mott reunion in 2009 and I have to say that it was the best concert I have ever been to, because I not only got to see something I never thought I could, but I also finally got to sample the legendary personal atmosphere with 'our' band. Thank you Ian for a night I will never forget.
I was there that night, too. It was really magical. I was born after Mott the Hoople disbanded so I figured my chance of seeing them ever perform together was impossible. Went all the way to England to see them . : )
Thank you, Ian, for more then 40 years of wonderful music, you are one of the Top Artists ever...greetings from Panajachel :-)))
¡Guatemala en la casa!
