Thanks Suzanne. I am lucky, my experience has been far lighter, even relieving. When I was a kid I heard a quote from an Eastern philosopher. "You should treat life like a seasonal occupation". So, for all of those years when I was in the program, that message was always playing in the background, so it's like I was pre-positioned or something...lol. I went off to school, got the cool jobs, did military, got my masters degree, got an even cooler job etc. etc... Now, the realization that all of that was for absolutely nothing is kind of ok with me...no pain, no regret...it just IS. End of story.

A free fall of complete Expansion. Yet, can be very dull, and disassociating for many. This is foremost why integration of the Awakening processes is a absolute necessity to fully rest in harmony with the pure beauty of the dynamic nature of reality. Nothing can be negated or excluded. 🙏🏽❤💫

Coming home might be a part of having to lower your deflector shields, which can be very painful if there is a lingering "ME" identity even though i know all sadness , depression or whatever negativity might arise its just mind comparing sensations to whatever the mind thinks, letting go of the "ME" has been a challenge, hope this makes sence, Message in a bottle
Yeah often the deconstruction of 'me' isn't all easy and simple. There can be lots of ups and downs.

Is it possible for the mind to think that it’s dissolving and experiencing this death just from watching the videos? Cause it all seems to me right now like anything I consume my “mind”becomes. Anything I’ve ever said was never original or mine to begin with. And I’ve deconstructed my identity before by doing this but I keep slipping in and out. So there’s this fear of not ever knowing who I was and it’s just real hard to see things clearly right now. or is this all part of the joke as well? Like is that the part that nothing is really happening?

going through a strange disorientating time right now and sometimes its scary. i feel all meaning slipping away and that sometimes relaxes me alot but sometimes i have existential dread but other times its sooo simple and lovely. would you say those strange heavy negative feelings will die down?
Focus on the simple and lovely, you can choose which aspect of the collapse to focus on...yes, it gets way better.
Yeah there can sometimes seem to be a contraction and expansion as the effects of the person crumble. Seems common
Accept the contraction and expansion as simply vibrations of the same energy. Resistance will only cause more suffering.
This is also the primary logic of the importance of Guru and scripture to reinforce stages of Awakening. 🙏🏽❤️💫
