Not always, Blizard are made for freeze team. but wanderer troupe are far stronger if you use in melt team. So depends on what team you are going to play to match the artifact sets.
Blizzard strayer: 15 cryo damage and 20% crit rate (non freeze) you can stack an equivalent of 40% more crit damage. 20crit rate = 40 crit damage. Also blizzard strayer affects ganyu's full kit.
Actually you can just r5 hamayumi that will be 18 percent charged shot damage and 24 percent normal attack bonus plus you can 4 piece wanderer that gives a rough of 35 percent charged shot damage so at last you have 52 percent charged shot damage and just stack 50 crite rate and 200 crit dmg and also 2k ganyu atk that will give around 60k to 80k charged shot dmg with melt 😂😂😂
@@imashadow699Hamayumi is only for melt comps due to its passive skill in which you dont use Ganyu burst. And Ganyu burst is great for cryo damage but only in freeze comps so playing blizzard for freeze and hamayumi for melt wouldnt make sense Simply for melt play wanderer and for freeze blizzard or wanderer up to you

With hamayumi you really wanna run for melt otherwise you cannot use its passive. And with melt you want to run for wanderer (or Shimenawas if you can keep the energy all time) if you want best results. To sum up, Blizzard Strayer works on frozen enemies and cryo afflicted enemies, which is not the case for pyro afflicted enemies, so you’ll never gain the 4pc set with Meltyu which you have to be once you decide to get hands on hamayumi. But of course its just stupid meta to increase your damage the most, remember to dont let it ruin your game experience and play what brings you fun:)

Blizzard gives 40% crit rate; so you can stack more crit damage like 250% crit damage on blizzard while wanderrers at best u can get like 200
