They ruined the case cos their original filings and charged him John with just one count of assault with a deadly weapon against a witness who refused to come back and be deposed and give his account of the incident therefore he had to have the case against him dropped?
It would be interesting to see how the Meek family is tied to this. Russ Meek -ex mayor is allegedly good friends with LP and JC. Maybe that is how BBB became involved.
