Mike Rowe and Nathan Fillion are two of my all-time favorite celebrities, but I never imagined they were neighbors or that I'd see them chatting on a podcast together. This is awesome.
Mike has always been about what is reality. Not social media reality or news reality, the folks on the ground reality. This is why I love him. In this simulation..go with what Mike says.. Love from Texas
Thank you Mike I'm a third career adult. 25 years as an executive chef, 14 is a sergeant deputy sheriff, And now reinventing myself as an academic adviser at an aeronautical university. Courage is the word of the day
Mike, Your videos always cause me to pause in either deep thoughts or hilarious pant wetting laughter. Thank you for this hilarious, helpful and hip smacking video you posted today. ❤ There’s NOTHING more enjoyable and entertaining than someone , in your kitchen, telling you are good old fashioned true story about an unusual event in their life . Great stories , good memories and two chaps that look like they will share more great memories and stories in the future . I feel great after that video 👍 How about everyone else ?
Full podcast was a great listen. Love th eboth of ye from up in Canada been watching you both since You were Tim's Taylors Brother, and Nathon was in 2 guys a girl and a pizza place
Mike, that story about Heidi and the Mason jar are the makings of an epic country song. You and Nathan NEED to write AND perform that tune. I'd be the first to buy it.
I spent one day in Nyc. We were helped TWICE finding subway routes without wanting help.“ If you get on that train, You will end up in Harlem! You don’t want that!” Never happens in Ca. like that.
*Nathan was the #1 actor in my mind that could have and should have been given The Evil Dead franchise and totally rebooted it with him as Ash!* To this day I am still hugely disappointed that never happened. I don't think there's been anyone else in the last 20 years that could have pulled it off otherwise.
Two of my faves! If you've never seen the movie Slither with Nathan, I highly encourage it. It's a comedy/horror type movie that is absolutely hysterical. It's kinda gross in some parts due to the plot and the absurdity of it, but well worth a watch.
I had a similar experience after living inGA for years i visited with some friends we were looking at a map and a dude came up and directing us to where we were going
🎶 Stand back, everyone! Nothin' here to see! Just imminent danger, in the middle of it, me! Yes, Captain Hammer's here, hair blowing in the breeze! The day needs my saving expertize! 🎶
I loved Buffy as a teen/early 20s. Still haven't seen firefly but I know joss had something to do with it. So shout out to Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Greatest series ever!
are there full length episodes with video available anywhere? i'd love to see them on UA-cam. i'm using YT Music app more and more for audio/video podcasts.

Nathan Fillion is awesome. I watched Firefly and Serenity on repeat for years. Best dude.
Have it on box set 😂❤👍🏻
Shiny!
I still watch them at least once every year.
I wish Firefly had gotten its just due being continued. Bummed out that it only got one season.
Somebody behind the scenes must have killed it.
I loved Firefly so sad we didn't get the last season

OMG! This is hilarious! Best laugh in weeks.
I said this on the original video, and I"ll say it again. I WANT MORE CASTLE AND MAL!!!!!!!
We need that castle final season
🙌
@@fallenkafielanother season under the original showrunner (pre-kidnapping).
And the Rookie!
And Firefly, definitely more Firefly
Another great interview. Mike can tell a story like no other man
I'm old enough to have first watched him in firefly when i was young
Yes! It's still one of my favorite series. I rewatch it every couple of years ❤
Yerp. Great show.
Wasn't he also in "Two Guys, a Girl and a Pizza Place"?
Edit: Looked on imdb, he was. And with Ryan Renolds.
Firefly's first episode aired the day we got married!
I felt like I was just snuggled in for a most hilarious story time. Thank you, Mike and Nathan! ❤️
Two of my favorite gentlemen. ❤
I forget how good Mike is at telling a story. Damn.
Imagine having Mike Rowe as a neighbor... 👍
It's great that they are friends. That's what we need in the world now. Let's talk to each other more and smile more. 🙏✝️🕊️🤗
Thank you Mike I'm a third career adult. 25 years as an executive chef, 14 is a sergeant deputy sheriff, And now reinventing myself as an academic adviser at an aeronautical university. Courage is the word of the day
I could listen to these two for hours...
These two together made for a, sincerely, enjoyable and entertaining watch. Great guys.
Dang Fillion has aged very well
2 great men having a wonderful conversation. ❤
One of the best episodes! I could've watched 8 hours worth!
Firefly is iconic. Dirty Jobs is iconic. Both, because of these two dudes.
I saw the whole episode previously, but this excerpt is the best story ever told! EPIC!
Mike,

Man you guys are great story tellers. 😂
The true stories are the best. And THIS is the best :)
Love these guy. ❤
Absolutely loved that.
Driving around in the "High Life" car is such a Malcolm Reynolds thing to do!!
Two of my favorite people were neighbors, so great.
That is a hilarious shower story.
Love The Rookie best show ever
Um...do you have a friend with a mason jar, or something? More importantly, can I have some?
Took me a few episodes to get into it. But my desire for more Nathan kept me interested. But now I really love it. I could do without Lucy, though.
Couple of fun guys, lol.
Best actor EVER!

I'm glad I got to hear the full version of this
I spent one day in Nyc. We were helped TWICE finding subway routes without wanting help.“ If you get on that train, You will end up in Harlem! You don’t want that!”
Never happens in Ca. like that.
No subways in Ca, though.
*Nathan was the #1 actor in my mind that could have and should have been given The Evil Dead franchise and totally rebooted it with him as Ash!*
To this day I am still hugely disappointed that never happened. I don't think there's been anyone else in the last 20 years that could have pulled it off otherwise.
What a great video! I've always been a Firefly fan, and a Mike Rowe fan. Now I know that the two of you have history! Awesome!
If I had to live in NYC, I would want Mike And Nathan as neighbors
I’m so glad I didn’t miss this one!!! 🤣🤣. Thanks so much for sharing Mike!
I'm lovin' the idea of making snow angels behind the Tavern on the Green trippin' the high life fantastic...perfect for shrooms!
Two of my faves! If you've never seen the movie Slither with Nathan, I highly encourage it. It's a comedy/horror type movie that is absolutely hysterical. It's kinda gross in some parts due to the plot and the absurdity of it, but well worth a watch.
Huge fan of "Slither". It's a gross yet incredibly fun flick.
I would have loved to been a fly on the wall at the parties in their building.🤣
Nice!
The fact that these two were neighbors and buds makes them both cooler.
I had a similar experience after living inGA for years i visited with some friends we were looking at a map and a dude came up and directing us to where we were going
Mike is the best❤
I am both disappointed and delighted that this is a repost
Thank you
This sounded like a chapter from Jack Kerouac's "On the Road." Suddenly I'm feeling the absence of a mycologist in my life. 🍄🚘
Micro dosing articulated gentleman ❤
These two need too make a movie
If for no other reason, you got a sub just for that 4-part harmony at the end of each video! 😂
Because 1 thumbs up isn’t enough…👍🏻👍🏻
This would've made for a good animated episode.
🎶 Stand back, everyone! Nothin' here to see!
Just imminent danger, in the middle of it, me!
Yes, Captain Hammer's here, hair blowing in the breeze!
The day needs my saving expertize! 🎶
This man should have been Nathan Drake. Change my mind
That owner had a HUGE water bill, haha
🥰
Thevhigh life probably couldnt get a permit for a sign so he got around it around it by putting it on the car
Wheres Paul Bell Mike ?
Loved Castle and Firefly. The Rookie is awful, though.
agreed
I enjoyed the first two seasons, but mainly because of Nathan.
I loved Buffy as a teen/early 20s. Still haven't seen firefly but I know joss had something to do with it.
So shout out to Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Greatest series ever!
The Rookie wasn't terrible, but it wasn't good either. Watched it for a while because of Fillion, then moved on.
Prairie dog's best job mike
I have a few similar mason jar stories lol
are there full length episodes with video available anywhere? i'd love to see them on UA-cam. i'm using YT Music app more and more for audio/video podcasts.
Deja View, I like mIKE🎉
Absoulutly had lead paint. Good thing the government didnt find out. You would have had to pay for lead disposal. Ive done lead paint abaitment jobs
where can I get that work ethics poster?
I’ve heard that Malcom Reynolds is a descendent of Richard Castle. Just sayin’….
If that happened today you’d have been sued and it would have changed your life.
I always wanted to just visit NY but won't because of the bs.
🤠🥵❤💯
Hey Mike would like to see a cup of coffee with your mom :)
