New player here. So basically i can put energy activator + catalysts on my current Freyna & that will transfer over to ultimate when i get her ? Thats what i understand

She’s the only descendant that has her own minigame (outposts). Touch 2-4 points and kill a mini boss as fast you can. Invest in Afterglow Sword and you’ll be one shooting the mini boss at both outpost and Void Reactor without Overcharged Edge. Big time saver when it comes to farming
Thanks for the vid. To solve shield regen issues, I just found this out yesterday by chance: go to your Inversion whatever menu, and select the grapple /shield regen perk. Two long distance (the longer, the better) grapples, and bàm! Your shields are as good as new. 😀
I would like the devs to rework this characters as they did with Freyna. Out of the outposts sadly she is not too much interesting character to play with compared with others. I know this is about personal taste first yet Sharen has a lot more potential that it seems with the right fixes
100% agree with you. That sword slash is so weak and basically useless. Her default slash should be the one that comes with a module and it should be buffed. All of her moves just feel a bit underwhelming

Which is also true but when I first got that at the end of season 1 I was thinking it was going to cause damage without me having to shoot but I still continued to shoot and it definitely melts the enemy
1 thing i would like to say is that imo Bio Sync is not rly worth it, unless mb you want to face tank everything, because in my experience the amount of shield you get is too low to justify taking mod slot and time you will spend running for HP orbs, shooting adds etc. In my experience by far the best sustain for any shield based build comes from having Shield Recovery Modifier on your Processor and using Recovery Maneuver perk from Inversion Reinforcements, Mid-Air is perfect for this. You can use it basically on cd, it recovers huge amount of shields and also a good tool to kite around all the crap boss throws at you. I've learned this while playing shield based HV Bunny in this fight. And this free mod slot you could use i.e. for Shot Focus, some extra dps instead. Or Antivenom for extra survivability if you have Toxic Resistance on your components, or Antifreeze if you're fighting Tony and have Chill Resistance.
Wouldn't you swap out Fire Enhancement for Electric Enhancement on your guns to take advantage of the -40% to Electric Resistance that your Battlesuit Melting Rounds mod inflicts? Or is it still better to use Fire Enhancement?
Battlesuit melting round Sharen is always a goat for me. Will defo build her ultimate too (Spoiler); Next Ultimate is Sharen btw, it is hinted in the last transmission between Freyna & Sharen in Freyna story mission

Overwhelming Shields will take any additional +HP and turn it into even more Shields, so it's valuable to stack HP as it massively increases total Shield Amount
It says battle suit melting round’s max expandable range is 200% so I don’t expect it actually goes beyond 12m even though it states 14+ in the menu. Worth testing :)
No testing needed. It’s already known that tooltips don’t take Max Expandable Range into account and will just show whatever modifier you’ve got modded. The actual ability when used will be limited to the correct value, however.
No, it will cap at 18m since 200% is triple the base value. So 6m x 3 is 18m. So, he can make it even bigger. Since 100% is double since it is the full base value added on to the base value. 200% is 2 times the base value added to the base value, which triples the base value.
The amount reflected on the ability card is the amount from the mods, however the ability itself only extends to where it mentions percentage wise, so we are actually overstacked here. **Edit** Just tested and actually the max is 18m. It's original 6m and then 200% which is 6m plus 12m, so we're good **edit edit** Even though we can extend on the ability over 12m with mods, it caps out at 12m when you use the ability regardless. So with Amp Control we are overcapped on the range by 2.6m, however I still want to keep Amp Control in the mix since it gives more Shield, but this could for example be a swing node for whatever else we'd like to put in like maybe Shot Focus or so

@hexerin your assuming range is multiplicative rather than additive. Not all values in this game are multiplicative. I actually just tested it in the training room. My sharen has a 200% range value, and my battleship melting rounds extend to 18m. I used hailey's sniper ability to determine range since her sniper tells you meters from Target. Which means the range stat is not multiplicative.
I met a sharen while farming outpost...like she can shoot afterglow sword like a fkng smg is it cheat or bug? I don't have afterglow sword and I'm new to the game so I don't know
They’ve already said we’ll be able to transfer investment from normal Descendants to Ultimates (feature will likely drop with Season 2 as a headliner), so there’s no reason to wait if you want to build Sharen (or any other Descendant).
@@DerioTheArtistyeah, and I don't think they will, or at least not so easy, they'd have to either compensate the people that leveled both, or more likely require an obscene amount of resources i.e: the same number of catalyzers and energy activators used in the normal version +1mil gold or something like that. Either way I doubt they'll make it too easy because it's already easy enough to level most of the descendants.
Too late already fully built her out lol.. makes me hope she isnt the next ultimate. I was thinking the next one might be Blair. Barely feels like he is in the game sometimes.
TBH it does seem if you go by Freyna's storyline Sharen maybe up next. However they haven't released an ultimate versions of any of the male characters outside of the ones that were available at launch i.e. Lepic, and Ajax. They may try to balance that out and have one of the male characters get an ult version. Then again given the audience likes the cheesecake that comes with the female ults...wouldn't be surprised if its another female. We shall see.
Nice Sharen build but don’t you want some resistance immunity against bosses? Like anti venom against death stalker and maybe a toxic resistance mod or you’ll die too fast
He would have to sacrifice either shield, cooldown, or range to add that. He can get some resistance using external components, but sacrifices would have to be made. However, maybe he could sacrifice some shield for extra resistance and poison immunity.
Thanks, I'm not really struggling with survivability, I think I went down twice in the last 10 kills due to not paying attention but sure if you are struggling you can give up some of the range or cooldown potentially

@@tempered9134 the only solo queue's are the first 5 bosses and you will cut through them like a hot knife through butter with a decent Enduring Legacy. Swamp is abit rough but thats just cos he invuls so easily. As for Enzo or Yujin not showing up, this is not really a problem right now as both those are staples for this fight, but yeah if its like 3 bunnies u might be in shit hahahah Trust, you'll be fine :)
If you are running overwhelming shields the dots from the toxins from death stalker don't effect you so you don't really need resistance in that regards. You can look up a few videos to back this up. I haven't tested to see if this is also the case with other elemental damage like fire or electricity. Going to run a Molten Fortress to test the fire aspect.
Sniper Sharen is better. Support Sharen with randoms - meeeeeh.... Support Sharen on Stalker ? MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEH. It only RIPs because of combo with Naz , because only red mod cuts DEF too low. If you know how DEF is scaled , the Naz debuff of 30% is even more valuable to cut DEF more , as more and more you cut , more and more you profit. Sharen sniper , if played by a skilled guy (me?) can go 70+ mils in 3 mins.

Could do that for sure, but haven't bothered to regear my weapons specifically for Sharen's benefit.
