    The book of Jonah is the perfect example on how God is pure and perfect and shows compassion and love for his people if you just repent (changing your ways).

    As a Catholic...this makes perfect sense. Mother Mary has constantly said during her apparitions to pray so that certain horrible events wouldn't happen...as if the event occurring depended solely on if people prayed or not to prevent it.

    When I was little, sitting in church and learning Bible stories, I always wondered why God wasn’t speaking to us like he did in those times. We are evidently living through through the “End Times.” It was written.

    Just want to say thank you for your willingness to let the spirit speak through you.
    The prophets stopped talking after Christ since all was fulfilled other than that which not even the Son knows of the hour will come.
    But I would say in this present age of grace that the Word you are sharing as a minister of the Word fulfills the passages you taught in this video.
    You are sharing the path to the boat…you are spreading the message of Good News to escape the coming destruction.
    Through the Spirit. 🙏🏻

    *_God Never changes His mind! He is as constant and predictable as anything you could ever imagine._* Prayer *_never_* changes God; it changes our position relative to God. He is constantly attempting to give to us, but we stubbornly stand apart unwilling to receive His gifts. Only when we find,
    * Unconditional Love,
    * Perfect Responsibility,
    * Utter Humility, and
    * Fearless Confidence,...
    ...will we ever be able to receive those gifts. For Christ said that those who ask shall receive. He did *_not_* say, "Ask and sometimes you will receive," or "Ask and God will give to you if He feels like it._

    if "God doesn't change His mind un-provoked" suggests- God does not know all, and all that will be a path already known for eternity...

      No. God knows all because He is outside of Time. He is eternal. He knows the beginning and the ending because He is outside of Time. He is eternal, knowing and seeing it all at once. God bless you and keep you.

    God does not change his mind, He is God his will is perfect, taking into account our sinful nature and weakness. Prayer is a means of Grace God uses, for us to cleave unto the Hope that we have in Christ.
    Men change their minds, and break their words; but God never changes his mind, and therefore never recalls his promise. (Change his counsels or purposes, as men change theirs, either because they are not able to execute them, or because they are better informed, or their minds are changed by some unexpected occurrence, or by their passions, none of which things have place in God). ...And when in Scripture he is said to repent, it does not mean any change of his mind; but only a change of his way.
    hath he said, and shall he not do it? or "hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?" whether it be with regard to things temporal, spiritual, or eternal; for there is no variables nor shadow of turning in his mind; he never forgets his word, he foresees all events, he is able to perform, and is true and faithful; and therefore whatever is gone out of his lips will never be altered, but will be most certainly fulfilled, Psalm 89:34 Isaiah 14:24.

    💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕THIS IS THE BIBLICAL WAY TO BE SAVED:
    There Is only one God, in three persons, God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. ONE God.
    Humans are ONE person ( in three parts) The body, soul and spirit. Three parts, ONE person.
    The Bible says that we are all sinners.
    As it is written: There is none righteous , no not one. Romans 3:10
    For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.Romans 3:23
    But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousness are as filthy rags. Isaiah 64:6
    For the wages of sin is death. Romans 6:23 (The word death in this verse means eternal separation from God in hell).
    Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow. Isaiah 1:18
    Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures and that He was buried and that He rose again the third day according to the scriptures. 1Corinthians 15:3-8
    In whom we have redemption through His blood, even the forgiveness of sins. Colossians 1:14
    For by grace ye are saved, through faith; and not of yourselves.
    It is the gift of God, not of works, lest any man should boast. Ephesians 2:8-9
    I do not frustrate the grace of God, for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain. Galatians 2 :21
    Realize that you are a hopeless sinner and trust in Jesus shed blood on the cross to pay for your sins.
    The moment you trust in Jesus and only Jesus, you are saved.

    Yo, He was nor a Son of man, because He came from God via a virgin, to become one. And He doesn't lie because He is the way the truth and the life.
    And Father God does not change like shifting shadows. And yet He is not restricted to limitations, for our God is sovereign, with both the ability to say yes, and to say no, and then able to say no and then yes.
    The Lord do both can giveth and take away. He asks us to pray and to ask and to enquire of.
    A few times in the Bible when Jesus (Being The invisible image of God in the flesh) said Nope, not my time or like yeah but um I'm not sure I wanna share this bread with you first. But because they pleased Him with a good answer or by simply trusting that Jesus will always provide for us because He's a good shepherd. So He was like ok yup. He ya go guys have some fantastic wine.
    And to the other woman he was like there ya go and she was like fanks.

    I don't think God changed his mind with Nineveh. If God was intent on unleashing his wrath on them, he wouldn't have sought Jonah to prophesy to them. I think God's thinking was, I'll give them a final chance, and if they listened and turned away from evil he wouldn't destroy them. But if they did not listen to him, then he'd unleash his wrath. So here, I think God had not decided or come to a final judgment.
    I also don't think he changed his mind about Moses and the people of Israel either. God ultimately did let them wander in the wilderness for 40 years until they died. So the outcome was the same, they all died out. I think what God did do here, is just delay the outcome to have mercy on Moses. But he did not change their mind in that those people would not make it into the promised land.

    The Lord did not changed His mind..He is a compassionate God, He felt compassion for His people...Balaam was a disobedient man, and he paid with his life for desobeying Almighty God...the Lord knew that Balaam will want to curse Israel because of greed on his heart..Almighty God just gave Balaam over to the sin that he had in his heart: greed....Balaam devised plans to make Israel fall in sin, and gave this information to his enemies...he behaved in a cunning desobedient way, just like the devil does...later, his punishment was given through Joshua, and he died by the sword, because he put a stumbling block in front of Israel...Joshua 13:22...Nineveh was pardoned, because they repented, He was compassionate, but His mind did not changed His mind...the judgment was clear, but Almighty God is also a loving God...years later Nineveh was destroyed...because His judgement stand, but His Love, Mercy and Compassion, stalled the judgment...Almighty God they will relapse into their old ways...Almighty God is NOT like us, His Words and Judgements stand...

    it means that the normal christian belief in predestination is wrong. If everything was preordained (like the people of salvation) God could not change his mind as he would already know exactly what was going to happen. - Sorry its a huge issue with me!!!!

      Why can't it be both? Everything that going to happen god knows and it is pre ordained however god could also change fate how he pleases including him giving us the ability to change it ourselves
      If he wanted to destroy it there would be no talking he even ran off on the plug when it came to Sodom and Gomorrah...

    Um Jesus is the invisible image of God. Didn't He be like sometimes, I'm not going to the party but then later went.
    Or like it's not my time for miracles but then made loads of delicious wine. And...when the woman was like please heal my daughter, and Jesus was first kinda like nope, but then she gave a good answer so He was like alright then.
    Not to mention Father God is sovereign. And Father Abraham was negotiating numbers like what if there's 50 or 40 and Fsther God's like oh OK then, and abrham was like hmm well what about 30.
    And then you've Got moses and lots of other instances where Father God what's the word relents?
    So as Father and God We read that God is relational, to Jesus the Son and Holy Spirit and to people He created.
