in 2nd episode shouma is going to say he's last name Stomach and stop himself then made up a new name, i also believe she's be a rider, like the Asian guy said in the Opening song introducing them singing youll see Shouma's Kamen Rider Gavv Face form in the bubble , and the two also has bubble but with nothing on it, but we know the other guy is the other rider so it should fit right into it, if it's right then she will be the third rider,
For clarification for the super hero taisen movie first started in 2012 (the current airing sentai/rider at the time was go-busters/Fourze), taisen z ( kyoryuger/wizard) in 2013 , kamen rider taisen heisei vs showa (gaim) in 2014, kamen rider taisen GP (drive) in 2014, chou super hero taisen (kyuranger/ex-aid) in 2017 and the last on is superhero senkai (zenkaiger/saber) in 2021.

In the end credits of episode 1 they show Shoma’s last name as Stomach (I’ve been able to fluently read kana for 24 years) so definitely not a made up thing
