Thank you for this! I already have the GW5 Pro and I'm happy with it. I'm tempted by the additional features of the other models (especially the flashlight) but the overall size is the toughest dilemma.
Thank you for this review. I went from a Garmin Fenix 7s to a (first time) Samsung watch 6C. But today almost bought a Garmin Epix pro. But you are right in this video. I have a Samsung phone and it works great together. Samsung health is not as good as Garmin Connect but I have to cope with that. Also you can 't edit runs afterwards what is really annoying. And for me a Samsung watch looks better for wearing all day. I can stop looking now and wait for the next Samsung watch 7 with hopefully new features. Hopefully maps 😊

So the galaxy 6 pro should be the one to go with?. I have the Fenix 3 but would like a wrist hr monitor while I workout and mountain bike. Will that be just as good as the Garmin.

Same dilemma. Thank you for the review. I agree. If Garmin could make a true smartwatch with mic and speaker, they'd be the hands down purchase. Or if Samsung threw in a light, they'd be the hands down purchase for MOST consumers out there.

I'm currently alternating between my Galaxy watch 5 pro and my new Garmin instinct 2 solar.
The watch 6 classic prompts to calibrate the treadmill now after the workout so maybe there's hope on the 5 pro.

I want a garmin x7 pro sapphire solar but I won't get one until I can take a call. It is already bluetooth, why can't you take a call!!?? It doesn't make sense. I don't see why it's any different than a set of ear buds or something?

Just picked up the 5 pro for 130 refurbished with a 1 year warranty. Debating on trying the epix 2 for 450 but not sure its even worth it
5 pro does a lot more smartwatch stuff. I'm currently wearing a Garmin Instinct 2X Solar. Almost 40 days of battery life.
