There is plenty or Irony here, because early on in the series it was established that before falling for the Joker and going (more) insane, Dr. Harleen Quinsel did help Ivy with her Anti-Social issues to the point that it's possible for Ivy to have a Normal Relationship with People, and now she seems to desire to have a Normal Relationship. While Harley never really experienced a Normal Healthy Relationship herself, and that was true even before she met the Joker, and you can tell that's true throughout the series, like she did nearly killed Nora because she presumed all romantic relationships were as horrible as what she had with the Joker, and she did unleashed Parademons on Gotham because she was Projecting about her Kiss with Ivy. So it may be true that Ivy desires Harley, yet she knows that Harley can't provide something she needs and Ironically Harley herself started Ivy on this path
I love Kite Man, and I loved his relationship with Ivy, but after 3 cheats mere days from her wedding that ship is tainted. Kite Man deserves the truth as well
Harley was only introduced in the Batman Animated Series, so at one point she too would've been 'filler', doesn't take from the fact that he's been entertaining and had a good romance with Ivy until the writers fast-tracked the Ivy/Harley ship that is continually on again off again

I have no idea why so many people are against the idea fo these new versions of Harley and ivy getting together like a lot really want it to happen and a lot don't. I've noticed ever since this show came out lots of people just want them as really good friends and feel their relationship was forced which markes no sense at all They have been hinted at since episode 1 Yeah ivy and Kiteman were built on since episode 3 but since the very boeginning it was obvious Harley and ivy had a special relationship that Kiteman would just not be able to keep up with. Ivy rejected him multiple times before finally agreeing to be with him and it seemed mostly because he was a nice guy and just checked out for stability. But her and Harley have a bond that is like on other and if people just read a comic or actually paid attention to the show! I think either Ivy will pick Harley in the end. Or she'll reveal what happened to Kiteman and they break up over it. Either way, I would be surprised if Kiteman and Ivy stayed together after this. Doesn't necessarily mean Ivy and Harley will get together at the end of the series. That would be too easy. They could either get together, or Ivy could offer it and Harley rejects her saying that she was right and that she needs to fix herself before she can be with anyone new. Then they split for a while before coming back in the next series and reuniting. Just my prediction. Could be totally wrong.
A lot of people rightfully have called out Ivy for cheating on Kiteman, (I 100% agree that was bad and he deserves better) but can we also acknowledge she's was also being really awful to Harely too? First she kiss her but instead of doing the adult thing and talk about it with both Harely and Kiteman, she wants to keep it a secert. Just pretend it never happened and avoid talking about it. Forcing Harely to deal with it on her own. Which cause Harely to really struggle with how deal the situation resulting in her either acting out destructive ways or trying way hard to make everything feel normal for Ivy. Then she sleeps with Harely not once but twice. Then tells Harely that she still isn't going to take her but marry Kiteman without telling him what really happened. All while expecting Harely keep quite about it. She wanted Harely to just pretend they never got that intimate, hide her from the world and pretend everything was normal after crossing that line. That's not romantic. Ivy was using Harely as a way to cope with her own insecurities about her relationship with Kiteman instead facing them head on. She was treating Harely as a side dish or comfort food, not as a person with emotions. Its really disappointing because in season 1 Ivy was the freind and voice of reason Harely really needed to help her walk away from a toxic relationship. In this season 2 Ivy became the toxic one. Personally, I think she's projecting her own issues on to Harely in this scene.
As happy as I am that Ivy choose Kiteman, I'm also scared that there will be a bullshit last minute turnaround were Ivy goes to Harley and Kiteman gets so devastated he kills himself.
All I want for Kiteman is to be given at least a somewhat respectful sendoff when they inevitably kill off the relationship. The best case scenario I can see happening for Kiteman is that he and Ivy get married but have an open relationship with Harley essentially being Ivy's mistress.
Sad thing here is harley was finally being truthful with ivy about her feelings but ivy isnt being truthful with kiteman thus herself. What people tend to forget is Ivy is Harleys best friend. I too am in love with my best friend who is the same sex. I feel for Harley as I too would be totally crushed if I was in the same situation. Series will probably end with Harley realising she's a strong independent woman who's fine on her own.

Don’t feel bad for Harley, Ivy wanted to be in a stable relationship and loves kiteman. Harley has been pushing the idea of them being together, not allowing ivy to be content with her current relationship. At this point Ivy is confused because of how Harley has been acting around her lately. Everyone knows the character Ivy and Harley but few know of Kitman, so let’s see if kitman will have his time to shine. But all depends on the writers and I’m content with their decision.( not a fan of Harley and ivy but meh)

Hard to feel bad Harley when what Ivy said was true. Harley is kind of a wildcard. She doesnt have stable ground, she really does whatever whenever. Ivy most definitely is someone who looks for solid ground, comes with the plant thing I guess. Besides, her an Kiteman had two whole season now to develop the relationship. Even Harley said Kiteman grows on people. Because he did to a lot of people in this show.
I still feel the show is gonna do my man dirty. But hes been nothing more than a supportive boyfriend and loving person who has given Ivy all the love and understanding he can. He genuinely loves her and Ivy has shown she does too.
Remember when Ivy "died" Kiteman took care of her plants and even freaking moved by her grave. Because he hated the thought of Ivy being alone. That's fucking dedication! That's love man, the guy is devoted and Ivy I feel here made the right choice.

I have no idea why so many people are against the idea fo these new versions of Harley and ivy getting together like a lot really want it to happen and a lot don't. I've noticed ever since this show came out lots of people just want them as really good friends and feel their relationship was forced which markes no sense at all They have been hinted at since episode 1 Yeah ivy and Kiteman were built on since episode 3 but since the very boeginning it was obvious Harley and ivy had a special relationship that Kiteman would just not be able to keep up with. Ivy rejected him multiple times before finally agreeing to be with him and it seemed mostly because he was a nice guy and just checked out for stability. But her and Harley have a bond that is like on other and if people just read a comic or actually paid attention to the show! They would notice the deep and close bond that is far more intimate than a "platonic friendship" . " They had sex, it's just friends with benefits" "Doesn't mean anything romantic Just like in the comics Okay that is wrong on so many details because their relationship has always been romantic or deeply hinted at romantic. Yes Harley has had multiple partners as ivy has allowed her too but she always remains loyal and shown to have the closest bond to ivy

Doesn't necessarily mean Ivy and Harley will get together at the end of the series. That would be too easy. They could either get together, or Ivy could offer it and Harley rejects her saying that she was right and that she needs to fix herself before she can be with anyone new. Then they split for a while before coming back in the next series and reuniting.

A lot of people rightfully have called out Ivy for cheating on Kiteman, (I 100% agree that was bad and he deserves better) but can we also acknowledge she's was also being really awful to Harely too?
First she kiss her but instead of doing the adult thing and talk about it with both Harely and Kiteman, she wants to keep it a secert. Just pretend it never happened and avoid talking about it. Forcing Harely to deal with it on her own. Which cause Harely to really struggle with how deal the situation resulting in her either acting out destructive ways or trying way hard to make everything feel normal for Ivy.
Then she sleeps with Harely not once but twice. Then tells Harely that she still isn't going to take her but marry Kiteman without telling him what really happened. All while expecting Harely keep quite about it. She wanted Harely to just pretend they never got that intimate, hide her from the world and pretend everything was normal after crossing that line. That's not romantic. Ivy was using Harely as a way to cope with her own insecurities about her relationship with Kiteman instead facing them head on. She was treating Harely as a side dish or comfort food, not as a person with emotions.
Its really disappointing because in season 1 Ivy was the freind and voice of reason Harely really needed to help her walk away from a toxic relationship. In this season 2 Ivy became the toxic one. Personally, I think she's projecting her own issues on to Harely in this scene.
As much as I want Ivy to have a solid realationship with kiteman but damn if I didnt get gutted in the feels
As happy as I am that Ivy choose Kiteman, I'm also scared that there will be a bullshit last minute turnaround were Ivy goes to Harley and Kiteman gets so devastated he kills himself.
All I want for Kiteman is to be given at least a somewhat respectful sendoff when they inevitably kill off the relationship. The best case scenario I can see happening for Kiteman is that he and Ivy get married but have an open relationship with Harley essentially being Ivy's mistress.

Truth is, Harley is a great friend she's proved that way too many times. But as a lover. She has way too many issues. She just needs a lot of help to recover from what joker did to her over the years before she can even consider dating again. And ivy's also right about it ruining their friendship.
At this point they're like sisters. But as lovers... It could ruin things between them just like ivy said and she doesn't want that to happen.
