This is kinda old so I don't know if you'll respond but in thinking about getting the downpipe only for my stock exhaust. I don't want it to be loud at all, but the downpipe might give it a little better tone.

Cold Start is surprisingly not deafening or overly loud with the Touring as the Muffler cancels out a lot of the decibels. I will try to get an exhaust clip soon!
I sold my other FP to run this exhaust because you can't mate it up to existing factory or aftermarket ones. The AWE FP is 3", and it will still mate up to the factory DP, or other aftermarket DP's
I have a track edition awe system. Currently having issues with the heat shield hitting the front pipe. Did u do anything special that gave it the clearance it needed?
Thanks for the clip! I’ve been on the fence about this exhaust since I’m afraid it might be too loud, but the tone is really nice and clean sounding. Driving normally is the drone/volume acceptable for a daily?
I have the 27won Catted Downpipe which contributes to 20-30% additional sound I would say so sometimes I feel it's the loudest I would go, but after 6 months I still wouldn't trade this exhaust for anything else! I posted a newer video as well :)
Aegean Blue oh shoot no way, I was planning to get an rv6 catted Downpipe too along with this exhaust so this is a very good approximation of how it’ll sound! Do you have an Instagram for your build?
Catted has the Catalytic convertor for emissions purposes. Catless doesn't have any Catalytic convertor. Not worth going for Catless, it smells terrible, performance gains are minimal, and most states isn't legal

Brett Brossart I'm in the same boat as you. I wonder which is louder: the track version or the touring version with an aftermarket downpipe?

When your getting it to pop like that are you hitting rev limiter two step? How to I get it to pop when your shifting like that ?

With the comparison to the dp & fp with 27won exhaust, does this set up with AWE exhaust sound louder?
Yes, certainly. It is more burblier as well, whereas the 27won has a very smooth tone - can't go wrong with either.

I haven't tuned my car yet with the AWE Touring exhaust, but I ordered the 27WON DP and would probably have to consider a tune once I install that lol
