"And its short handy length and standard stabby style bayonet means you could drop into a trench and 360 no scope like nobodies business. Plus you got six rounds." - Othais 2016
Great run down on the similarities and differences. You really look like you are having fun! Makes the video fun to watch also. Nice short video, do many many more of these.
Whew Lord that smile and that figure. She knows she's beautiful! On a more serious note. I just bought my first Moschetto carbine. The one with the folding bayonett. It looked dark and strong down the muzzle but it was mostly dried cosmoline. Scrubbing with an ammonia based copper remover the bore cleaned up very well with nice sharp shiny rifling with just a hint of microscopic pitting in the grooves. Now my chore is gathering up loading supplies and dies. I noticed that 6.5 x 54 MS (Mannlicher) brass is very close to the same dimensions as carcano brass. It should reform very easily. At least I hope as there isnt any brass available except for ebay as I write this.
Spritzer style bullets will have trouble feeding, was designed for round nose projectile. Also Carcano is partial to military or Norma cases, they don’t care for PPU brass!
Wow, that's working and looks much, MUCH better than my TS. I'm shocked at how easily Mae is cocking the action especially, mine takes triple the force to cock open.
I imagine that Mae is doing that Italian speaking with your hands thing while saying Moschetto. Mainly because I started doing it while she was saying it.
the loading might be improved by using graphite powder... apparently it was used in trenches and mountain action to avoid using grease which would of course just foul things up or freeze
Hell I wish mine would feed as good as this, the last round when ya try to chamber it wants to come straight up out of the gun itself ya gotta fiddle with it and keep it straight with a finger while working the bolt just to chamber the last round.
This comment is like the Carcano. I can make it and it is good enough to engage the algorithm. 😉 PS: Anyone not getting this comment needs to watch more CRsenal.
Young lady. If you will pull your elbow down to your side. You will expose your self to less recoil. This will gather the mussel group in your shoulder and give the bones more protection from the recoil impulse. Try it I think it will work better for you.
Just so you guys know, I was unknowingly unsubbed from your channel. I'm sure there are others as this is the second gun related channel that I've been unsubbed from in the past few days.

That's my second favourite Primer quote. Right before "sea cowboys" and after "Hugo sad".
No matter how many times Mae points a gun, I always forget she's not going to shoot it until after the intro
2 years ago there was no reply now 1
I watch this channel for informative content on firearms and nothing else at all, I swear.
that and to destress after having to explain to customers that the store being closed means you cannot come in and shop.
Miss the old days of taking shooting the breeze with the store employees for about an hour longer than you told your wife/ gf you'd take.
Being of Italian descent, and enjoying Italian history, learning about Carcano rifles is very interesting. Mostly though, I'm here for her smile.
RIGHT!!???
Algorithmically, this Moschetto is obligatory for Mae to be firing, while we enjoy her speedy, yet accurate assessment of the carbine.
Algorithmically, I must agree. I support your assertion with addition sentences. Thus, Mae and her rifle are confirmed to be an algorithmic success.
Another great minute
I love the amount of info you pack into a minute

I just ordered one of these things, hopefully it's as fun as it looks!
Everyone's favorite handy dandy Italian fireball maker!

An excellent channel to subscribe to
I love the carbine style bolt-actions. They look much more wieldy than the long rifles.
Big fan of Mae !
Now I want a Carcano
I have one of these, great little rifle!
Awesome!
Only now do I realize what an improvement the straight pull bolt was.
....Let’s continue to hope for long-distance fighting… 👏🥰
Love this content.

Amazing looking gun.
Very nice vid! 👌👍
Hi Mae, nice job on your video guys
Nice one!
I would like to know more.
Have the same rifle, needs a taller front sight, really handy rifle.
The soft point ammo isn't helping the feeding issues. My Type 38 gives me horrible problems with soft point but works perfect with FMJ.
The carcano used roundnose bullets they rarely works on bottlenose or softtip bullets.
Spritzer style bullets will have trouble feeding, was designed for round nose projectile. Also Carcano is partial to military or Norma cases, they don’t care for PPU brass!
A sweet compact carbine .
"similar but more different" :-)
I'll have to remember that.
This one has a lot better look to it than the one with the bayonet
She is so beautiful and informed about the weapons 😭😭 wish I could meet a woman like this
Omg she finally said the name of the gun correctly 😂
So you mean it's not actually Cacarno?
(We still love you Mae)
@@its_clean PERFECT!
You gotta hand it to them, for what their manufactured was capable of this is an excellent little gun.
Very nice shooter
You'd expect a pif from such a miniature, yet the laws of chemistry and physics make it go BOOOM.
Nice Mae Nice
👍👍
short and sweet
A handy little shooty thing.
I know I'm way off topic but when could viewers expect an M1941 Johnson video?
Got some punch to it.
Wow, that's working and looks much, MUCH better than my TS. I'm shocked at how easily Mae is cocking the action especially, mine takes triple the force to cock open.
I'm happy to feed the algorithm
I wonder if the opening under the magazine was less of a problem in mountain fighting. Less mud but plenty of snow to get up in there.
I imagine that Mae is doing that Italian speaking with your hands thing while saying Moschetto. Mainly because I started doing it while she was saying it.
I'd sure like to have one.
God bless all here.
Engagement!
Engagement reply
A simple petition, thumb up=agree, thumb down=disagree: Start calling these "Mad Mae-nute".
Handy little rifle. A little stoning work on the various bearing surfaces would probably smooth out the action and make it even better.
the loading might be improved by using graphite powder... apparently it was used in trenches and mountain action to avoid using grease which would of course just foul things up or freeze
No
Nice
Very nice!

I already have one but gimme gimme gimme.
A handy little carbine, the algorithm gods shall be pleased
It's Càrcano with the accent on the first A.
>pronunciare come si deve un qualsiasi cognome settentrionale italiano
Be glad you didn't hear moscetto
@@francesco3772 O quando provano a dire "bersaglieri"

Hello there
After I shoot my 91/TS the bolt is very difficult to open, literally need a mallet to open the bolt, any ideas what could be causing that?
overpressure (cartridge is blocked and prevents the bolt from rolling back))
Where do you find the 6.5 x52mm I can’t find any for mine.
You have to handload, I know that's strange for you americans, but it's the best cost effective solution.
Why do I suddenly have a craving for gelato?
The pronunce of "moschetto" is perfect compliments! But the pronunce of Carcano is "Càrcano" and not "Carcàno" 😉

😊😊😊
just feeding the algorithm
why does it jam so much when you reload mae?
Why the fuck would anyone ever hit the fucking thumbs down?
Where are you finding the ammo Mae??
The Bain of Austrians and Kennedy’s
I have a carcano but can't figure out what caliber it is I know it's not 7.35 it's a 1944 could it be 6.5
Let a gunsmith take a look at it. It might be chamberd for something odd. If a former owner has rechamberd it.
I would love to own a gun like this one.
It's almost mo betta
I know this one is probably the better of the WWI carbines, but it just doesn't have the same charm as the cavalry carbine.
Mae looks so much longer here
"Similar to the Cavalry 91, but more different." Well, alright then.
Mae, i love that smile,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
Algorithm forces me to comment
But more different
Please run over time enough to see Mae's hits
Sadly for this one, the folding bayonet carbines are much sexier than the TS.

Mussolini: Moschetto 🤌
Give that girl a rocket launcher
It's the rifle that was allegedly used to assassinate Kennedy. The shooter must have had great skills.
Feed it.
More different
Parts for these 1st models are sparse in the wild...
I love you mae ; )
B O O B A
mmh just 1600 words per minute, she's slowing down.
Wow gun wow smile 😍😁
with anti-gun propaganda growing, fewer and fewer people are interested in the subject!
@Mental Deficit Racing Not in a free country buddy....maybe in an arranged marriage where Mae had no say in it😂
🌹P.S. Every time i see her smile after firing a round, i hear John Lennon with the angels singing. Do you know what song? Lol 😂
Yikes...
That's a Carcano M1891/38, the original Carcano M1891 is longer
is Mae single?
Really?
Just so you guys know, I was unknowingly unsubbed from your channel. I'm sure there are others as this is the second gun related channel that I've been unsubbed from in the past few days.
gun at least caliber that assinate Kennedy
