I'm not a big fan of GM, but I think this is the best full size SUV on the market. Just a nice classic look that's not too pretentious. It should also be very reliable, as GM does make very good full size trucks. I'd take this over a Range Rover or Lexus and that's about the highest praise I can give it.

Good review, have this same build exactly as a suburban, can tell you the bose sound only sounds OK at low volumes and falls apart when you turn it up at all. I'm replacing all my audio in mine and wish they would put in something better. Headlights are a similar problem. Besides those issues they are great vehicles.
In 2021 my brother bought a 2019 GMC Yukon XL Denali with 48,000 miles. He paid for the extended warranty for 75,000 miles of coverage. Thank God he did. This has been one of the worst vehicles he has ever owned. It is always at the dealership for "check engine" lights and running rough. The dealer cannot seem to find what is wrong with it. They turn off the engine light and five miles down the road it comes on. The dealer is just limping it along, until it goes off warranty and then is my brother's problem. They want to trade it in, but the dealer has no new vehicles. My Mom's cousin also bought a newer suburban and is full of electrical gremlins and no start issues(they ended up buying a older model suburban and parking this one, because they don't want anyone to get stuck with their lemon). My Mom's best friend has a newer Tahoe and it has "no crank" issues at times and the dealer cannot find what's wrong with it. I would stay away from newer GM Suv's at this time. This is like GM with their vehicles from 2007 and newer when they were cheaply building vehicles right before the great recession in 2008. When we bought our 2009 chevy 6.0 3/4 ton pickup the transfer case failed at only 7500 miles. :(
@@pckle6282 Actually up until 1999, GMC used the name "suburban" for their large SUVs. That's when GMC started calling their trucks "Yukon" and "Yukon Denali" and left "Suburban" for Chevy. Do keep in mind, Chevy and GMC are from the same manufacturer "GM". So yeah, i have a 1998 GMC Suburban.
I really feel like the cheaped on the infotainment system. I can tell you from owning one that it really slow for a 2019 car and it being 70k. They could’ve made the little dials for the volume and such smaller and made the screen more vertically bigger.

@@austinp1124 if you're going to be pedantic at least consider the while picture. Does a U-Haul truck have a bed? Does a Peterbilt truck have a bed? I don't think a vehicle has to have a bed in order to be a truck.
