That's awesome. A good friend of mine had a 1989 Volvo 740gl 5 speed non turbo. Thing had no power, but it drifted great in the snow, predictable, stable, felt very safe. Car was rock solid. All my friends miss that car

My god you've got to put some windows and seatbelts on Miss Huff so you can take it out in the winter, that car is practically BUILT for it :D
Edit: I've acquired a winter car as well, TA60 Carina (RWD, shitty motor but otherwise same weight, width and drivetrain as AE86 except no LSD on the axle pumpkin but I'm gonna grab one from a car I'm welding back together), winterizing it as we speak but already done some pretty gnarly slides with it, into snowbank and flick it the other way into another snowbank etc, backwards and shit like that.

hey what camshaft do you have in miss huff? I have a M cam and a vx3 cam, they say that M cam might aswell be compared to straight piece of tubing lool
Miss huff has a badass swedish folk racing cam called a timos 13.10 . 13mm of lift and 302 degrees of duration . M cam is basically a tube yes ahaha . Vx3 cam is not terrible but still quite mild

Ported and shaved 531 8v head , timos 13.10 racing cam . Kl racing header to 3 inch exhaust . Tuned on a full standalone ecu by post haste performance

Finnish cops took my E21 rat racer off the road because... I upgraded the brakes with better ones. But the brake pedal was "going too deep" in the officer's opinion. What an ahole. He just had to get in my car and try out everything for like 20 minutes. Nothing better to do apparently. The brakes were just fine, just needed a little looking at how the pedal sits. Wasn't dangerous but car still taken out of commission until inspection.

Careful parking there I had me e30 on the boulevard right in front of my house where we always park and just because I had no insurance they towed it because I guess it’s technically “city property” anywhere past the front lawn.....

That engine needs to go in a proper clean example. The idle/zoorst note is sweet. It's a shame to see some of them get smashed up, an i'm no purist! lol. But if they're as far gone as you say with rust etc, why not use and abuse them till they're scrap worthy
One day ill totally throw it in a clean shell . But this shell has many more missile parties to partake in . No use beating up another shell right!

Drifts N' Lifts Right on, I have a similar setup, just with 5x12s, 60# springs, and arp headstuds. I need to throw it on the dyno now and see what it makes haha.

Drifts N' Lifts oh yeah those 5x14s are gonna wake her up! Before I put on the borgwarger 62/68/12 I was running the 5x12s on a stock turbo and it didn’t get to hot, but made a big difference in power!
