I have your “things to remember when your body changes” video bookmarked and I come back to it all the time. It always helps me reframe how I’m looking at my body. It’s carrying me through this moment of huge collective trauma and I look exactly how I need to look to live my happiest healthiest life right now. Thank you for always being so open about the peaks and valleys of your relationship with your body, it really has been so helpful for me and I’m sure for many others!

I’ve been in so much pain for the past few months that I haven’t even been able to walk on my own and I’ve packed on quite a few pounds so I needed to hear someone talk about it being okay.

I am finally being able to get in to see my Grandad properly at his care home in a fortnight.......its been a real pain not seeing him properly and only through the window so when I got the letter this morning I was almost in tears....happy tears! Also, I don't know about UK prices but here in Germany a freestanding bathtub is waaay more expensive than one you would put against a wall. So if you don't have a HUGE bathroom, where you can show off a freestanding bath standing in the middle, then you could save some serious cash by buying a "normal" tub. We actually went for one that almost looks like yours but still not "freestanding". Wishing you good luck with the renovation!
I ordered some things from Gold Dust Road recently and LOVED all the special touches you add with the packaging! The stickers, the tape, the tissue paper, the SWEETS! It brought me so much joy, and that's before I even saw the products! 🤣 Would be lovely to see more behind the scenes of those days xx

I watched (or rather listened) to this whole thing while knitting sitting on the sofa and I couldn't relate more to everything you said. I had a little rough patch in the new year when I felt like I needed to *insert various disordered eating patterns here* and luckily caught myself quite quickly. If the worst thing that happens to me during this pandemic is going up a size, I'm good.

We had our small kitchen redone through wren this year. We are sooooo happy with it. Our designer had some really good ideas on making the most of our space. A family member fitted it- which obviously helped with the cost and also made lots of small adjustments which made a huge difference. But I’d really recommend

I love that Flo came though the door like that at the beginning. My cat Dexter doesn't have a cat flap and will scratch at the front door to be let in and he does the same to our patio door. It's so cute. I keep imagining someone walking past and seeing him asking to be let in how cute that must look! 😻
Hahaha we just haven't got round to getting a cat flap, so we have to answer the door to her like a human x

Your videos make me feel warm and fuzzy. I am ignoring weight gain at the mo. It’s not good for my mental doo dah. We have just about finished having a new kitchen and two loft conversions done. At the same time. I am amazed that I have survived. Keep your videos coming. They are a godsend.

I love my pandemic pooch. I used to be fairly skinny in my late teens and I was very much into the gym but as I've started working it's become increasingly difficult to go and I've other priorities now, and during the pandemic obviously I've become even more sedentary and I love my pooch because it makes me feel less like an insecure teen and more like my own woman body 😊

Love your videos! The green jumpsuit looks great on you, love the 70s vibe. I noticed when working from home and not having a proper work chair I also had a neck pain. I changed my chair to an adjustable one, so when working at my desk my elbow doesn't hang lower than the surface of the desk. It really helped right away. Maybe Adam should try that if it could help 😊

It may be a basic tip but it’s also a really good tip, I also stumble out of bed and immediately start chugging coffee. Going to try that tomorrow morning, have a big glass of water and try to plan the day before all the coffee starts

Love your words and how you share with us ❤️ random idea for the bath kitchen, move the doorway for the bath to the middle and move the entrance into the kitchen where the fridge would be, it’s gotta be relocated if u plan to keep the smeg anyway! You read my mind. This week I looked in the mirror and felt like a stranger. I’ve always had a negative relationship with my body but food and no movement is my coping mechanism. So I felt crap and then I remembered I live alone, I had a recent breakup, I’ve spent a year in our mutual insane dysfunction, and you are SO right, if one the effects of the massive cause of struggle is weight gain (an entirely reversible thing and also, not a terrible thing) then you are doing okay! X

I agree with Adam, the whole way through my eye test and choosing glasses was so difficult with a mask on 😂 But the glasses really suit Adam!
I had an eye test last September and the glasses thing they put on you kept fogging up and we had to keep taking breaks to let it de-fog 😂
I’m an optometrist- imagine dealing with it 15x a day 🤦🏻♀️😂

Not fully I don't think) and I have gained weight and I am struggling a lot with my body image. The bathroom design looks great :D Showers in the middle of the bath are a bit annoying, as even with a shower curtain water goes everywhere/you can't stand far enough away from the shower. But it's not a bad compromise!
