You have a beautiful soul Raya. I remember the first time I saw the Grand Canyon, I was about 11 years old. It was so breathtaking. I will never forget taking pictures with my kodak disc camera lol ( a very 80s camera)

The Grand Canyon is a majestic creation...and when the sun hits it at different angles, it is simply spectacular!
Raya, I 100% connected with what you said when you experienced the Grand Canyon for the first time. I often get overwhelmed by the same thing. We truly were given an amazing gift. I wanted to share with you both that today my husband and I are celebrating a month of being Vegan. For the past couple years we have been on an intense spiritual journey and we are finally eating to align with the connection we want to have with our Earth. 💖 Thank you for always being willing to be vulnerable on camera!

You are such a beautiful person inside and out Raya. I had the same feelings the first time I saw the canyon. I visited again this year and took my grandchildren. It was so wonderful seeing it through their eyes again. So glad you were able to add this to your list of have been there.

I watched the entire build series of the Happy Bus original owners.
I built out a Bus of my own after that. Sold it and now I building out a van.
Easier to park, I need less room for my solo travels as well.
Modern RV’s aren’t made for full time, they wear out and begin to structurally breakdown. A Bus is built on a solid metal frame holds up in full time travel&Living so much better... no comparison❣️

I had this same reaction, I’m from New Zealand and just couldn’t believe that I was really there and how beautiful it was. One of the best experiences of my life for sure!

I got to travel to Greece (from the US) last March (preCovid) and I cried when I saw the Parthenon in person. People were staring but I didn’t care. As an archaeology student it was my entire heart and soul in one place. Amazing just thinking about it.
Yes yes yes! Felt similar at the pyramids in Egypt. Was always such a history nerd and I couldn’t believe I was there!

Your school bus is built to last.. the newer rvs are built so cheesy and fall apart. You don't see many 86 rvs on the road because they are rotted apart. I've seen plenty 1950s bus rvs on the road.

This vlog reminded me our visit to the grand canyon a few years back. It was the highlight of our holiday, insane. We have seen a lot of the world but this view is in our top 3. Nice to see it again!

@@RayaandLouis ... or you could just go with the live the adventure bus or the boom bus 🚌. That would be such a great adventure! What happened with these buses by the way? I can imagine travelling trough the UK and Europe (and Bulgaria) with one of those buses would be really amazing and so much fun. Just imagine driving in the mountains and hiting the jacuzzi on the upper deck with the most amazing view😊

Flagstaff is my favorite town in AZ. I lived there 3 years and the vibe is just right. Next time you get to the Grand Canyon, take the time to hike in either to Havasupai falls or to Phantom Ranch. It takes some planning because you need reservations but it is so worth it. Some of the best times of my life in the canyon. Also, Paige AZ, go to Antelope Canyon. It is so cool and you would be contributing to the native tribes while visiting them.
Raya is killing the healthy cooking game! Would be interested in seeing more on what she prepares.

I have been to the Grand Canyon twice in my life. Once as a child and again as an adult. Each time I appreciate the beauty of it. But being there scares me so bad. It’s like I want to keep looking because it’s so beautiful, but I can’t look because I’m so scared of how big it is. I don’t know if that even makes sense 🥺
