Old injury recurred 旧伤复发

Sixteenth day of Vendée Globe. There has been no problem with the boat recently, but the pain in my right shoulder has become so severe that it affects my sleep. For now, there is no other way except taking painkillers. I must go for systematic treatment after the Vendée Globe. I hope everyone is in good health.
