Naka ilang reset na po ako, hindi ko parin maiconnect sa cp ko sa ac tru wifi. Ano pong best way or easiest way? Thanks.

Please double check po, dapat ang unit is naka plug po sa socket pero naka off po.

Hello meron ako ganito 3hp po, pwede po ba malaman ano dapat ang setting para maging energy saving yung aircon? Ang sabi po kasi sa akin ng nag install, pagka bukas ilagay sa 17 degrees for 1-2hrs tapos kapag malamig na, i-set na to 23-25 degrees. Kailangan po ba naka low fan, medium or high? Thank you

Hello K-buddy! As long as naka-set po ito ng 23-25˚C, regardless of the fan speed makakatipid na po ito. Also, keep your room well insulated po so that, your air conditioner unit can able to reach the set temperature quickly.
