Hi Asa, Priscilla, Isaiah and Abby :) I loved this video, it was so raw and relatable. I just wanted to ask why you don’t say please when you ask her to do tasks? It might just be a British thing and I spend all day saying ‘Can you do xxx please?’ I wondered if maybe she understands direct commands as opposed to open ended questions where you would effectively be giving her a choice to do the task or not. Please don’t take my question as a criticism, that isn’t my intention at all, Abby is very blessed to have a family that adores her and supports her like you all do, I was just curious that’s all. (I genuinely think it is a British thing lol) x

I have a special needs, undiagnosed child and I'm not sure if you're aware, but children like mine are known as zebras. The point to my comment is this. I have noticed your awesome autism themed hero tee shirts and I was wondering if the company that created yours makes custom shirts? I'd definitely be interested in something similar with zebra instead of puzzle pieces.

Not sure if you're referring to the futon in her room, or the large inflatable cushion she brought upstairs. The large inflatable cushion is actually an inner tube, usually used to tube behind a boat. It can be found at any sporting goods store. 😁
Is Abby a very likable person, just by her peers and people you meet in general:) As I'm like that too I have a form of Autism, and I was always really accepted by my neuro- typical peers, and this includes anyone else too accepting me, I imagine it'd be the same for Abby too :)💓
The town I grew up in was very great as neuro- typical kids were always accepting of others, people in general too, and when I went to High School as well. It's good as I never got bullied, and I never had people resenting me for who I am 💕💕 xo
How does Abigail go with meeting new people does she ever get shy, or is she quite well adjusted most of the time? 💓💕

+Neil K Thanks. I don’t know, she’s never out of sight. Lol. Lord yes, even when she goes upstairs by herself something bad is going to happen. Found half a bottle of lotion all over the floor tonight. She was upstairs by herself for less than 2 minutes.
FatheringAutism LOL. I understand. My son is the same way. He has dumped entire gallon jugs of liquid detergent all over the carpeting next to our washing machine which is upstairs. As Abi has learned with helping to clean up we taught him to use the carpet cleaner but water is such a strong stim for him that it was counterproductive. He learned that if he made a mess he'd get to use the carpet cleaner and watch it make LOTS of bubbles! *facepalm*
+Neil K Exact. Same. Thing. A gallon of liquid detergent has been the hardest cleanup to date. We still get bubbles from the carpet outside the laundry room every time we clean the carpets.
hi. I was wondering if Abigail ever had age regression after she was like 5.
If the answer is yes, how did you handle it?
I ask because I've had a lot of age regression lately and really need advice because I'm going to a camp where I can't stim for a week and I don't know if I can do it. PLEEEASE HELP ME!
I know that you made that comment years ago however if a camp forces you to not stim I’d personally find a different place

My great nephew talked till he was 4 then stopped slowly till one word then not any
He was potted trained but it all stopped
There are so many unanswered questions but as I research Autism has been around for years
