This is the first time I saw Paul McCartney in concert. I was in that concert, and I’ll never regret about it. I love how he interacts with people and how the audience responds to him. This is one of these shows that you have to go before you die lol. I will never regret about it.
He's awesome!! I love his anecdotes referring to each song. his way of telling his story is unique. he can fill stadiums with just his guitar and his memories.
Same here! First time I’ve ever seen him but also my first concert in general lol Gosh I couldn’t stop crying while he played this song and black bird, just the whole concert will be a memory never forgotten. ❤
I attended this concert with the same two friends I was with when The Beatles performed in 1966 at Dodger Stadium! We were 12 yrs old and screamed and cried through the entire concert, lol. Although age has now affected his voice a bit, this man still has amazing stamina! We forever love you, Sir Paul!!!
Great story! So how did you all get in a concert at 12 y/o?? I was only ~5! 😩 But my older bro was ~12 and we lived only 10 min from Shea Stadium! Wish my family had at least gone near to the parking lot to hear it from outside. I’m hoping it’s a temp sinus infection, for Paul, cuz many of us got it during the Pandemic 😷 It has messed with my voice too.. can’t reach those top notes anymore 😣 but hopefully it will go away in time after many Steam Treatments, etc.
Ken Bash it's so true and despite his aging which we are all aging from this era he is superb in his shows .My son said the other night ,that Paul will keep doing what he's doing until he can't do it anymore .
I was there...5th Row, left center....tons of fun and filled with the sweetest everlasting memories. Long live Sir Paul.....thanks for making your journey a magical and mystical one filled with so many great songs.
Thank you for uploading an entire Paul McCartney concert for all of us to enjoy. Tickets start at $385 for the cheap seats. Front row floor seating is in the the thousands. Scalpers are getting A LOT more than that on ebay 2 minutes after the tickets went on ticketmaster. Most shows have sold out. Then, there is all of the grief you have to endure to get to the show. I saw Paul in the Tacoma dome 20 years ago. He showed up in a limo outside the dome with his now ex-wife. He greeted all of us. I love that guy. Beatles fan since 1964!
The man doesn’t stop giving . I was so shocked as a first timer how engaged he was with the crowd and how he filled the room . Thanks for this so I can relive it. I didn’t record when I was there cause I wanted to absorb it all. You’re a amazing lol.
This is awesome! I was there, in the last section! I don’t know if it was just me, but the concert went so fast!! I could have sat through 2 more hours! Thank you for recording this so I can relive an awesome night!
Got into the Beatles in my teens when the Beatles Anthology was released in the 90s and became *slightly* obsessed again now in my early 40s. We were at this concert too although much further away, and I was thrilled to be there! Proud that my Gen Z and Gen Alpha kids will get to say they once saw a Beatle, live, in concert too! I’m sure your recording of the performance will be watched and rewatched by all of us so thank you for posting.
The hell?? I must’ve been right in front of you! Not sure how filming the whole thing affected your experience but thank you for doing it anyway! I can now forever cherish this concert from a similar view that I had!
I’m old(er) and I have to say this was one of the best shows I’ve ever been to. THANK YOU so much for filming … I couldn’t stop singing and dancing long enough to get more than a couple min of video - I lost my voice & had 3 blisters on 3 toes!!
Paul's voice (put through voice meter) is still robust with perfect pitch. We are listening through a secondary listening device. I give Paul tremendous credit. Wonderful show. I was in Spokane.
Thank you so very much, Ethan, for posting this. We were there, but had a medical emergency and missed the entire show. By sharing this, you allowed us to experience what we didn't get to see. Thank you
Thank you so much for posting this amazing video of Paul McCartney live in Los Angeles! In my opinion Paul McCartney is the greatest entertainer of all time! 🎸 -Brad Pyner
Must’ve been so effing amazing. Quite possibly the most talented human in my lifetime. Saw him about 10 years ago. That man could pickup a can off the street and make music out of it.
Paul McCartney lost so many people he loved in his life, his Mother Mary, to cancer when he was 14, John, his writing partner and Best friend for so many years, so tragically murdered and his first love, his lovely wife Linda, also to breast cancer then George his old buddy who he brought to the Beatles to cancer. May Paul live to 120.
Agreed! We don't go to listen to "perfection". We go for the experience. To say that we were part of history. And to support the one Beatle that ALWAYS just wanted to perform.
OMG Let Me Roll It, love that song, this is so awesome to put this up. So many greats Paul is doing. I took my daughter to see Paul in 2010, Shed been listening to only the Beatles since she was a little girl. I had first seen the Beatles at 12 and her dad had never seen them at all. Closest thing to seeing the Beatles now. This made me cry a few time.
My 1st real concert and it was good seeing him ❗❗ i had some joints rolled and wanted to bring em in but ranked it. I should've cause later in the show i smelled weed SMH i was bummed about it. But maybe he'll come back this year ✌🏽
Snuck into the concert, I wish I got in the front but it’s ok. I didn’t really feel like trying.Very very nice. Will never forget. Something was the best. You can really feel the energy with that one. It’s the song I remember the most. It was pretty sad.
Macca puts on an impeccable performance: world class band, professional sound and light engineers, inventive video effects that actually add to the experience. Vocally, well... It is what it is. The fans seem to value the entire McCartney experience, getting to see and interact with this living legend is more valuable than whether or not he hits all the notes. That having said: playing the man's greatest hits over the sound system before the show starts feels like unfair comparison. We know how the songs are supposed to sound, no need to rub it in.
All he had to do was to change the key of the Beatle/ wings songs as he is not in his twenties/ thirties any longer. He wont though because as lovley as he is, he is a massive ego maniac, period!!!
Thanks for sharing from this perspective... I was there, but farther back in the balcony. Wonderful to view from the main floor- also good sound quality. Sir Paul & band were phenomenal!
UA-cam has no business trying to make money off this, it was recorded by an individual in an unprofessional manner. Yet YT wants money to download it. If they were planning to pay royalties it would have been recorded professionally. I wonder what McCartney would have to say about it.
I was there, on the floor, second or third section. It was so weird seeing Paul on the big screens, and then looking at the stage, and seeing a 5’10 grey hair 79 year old talking and sounding like exactly like Paul McCartney. I don’t get start-struck a lot. But it was like seeing a fictional character in real life. The best concerts I’ve ever seen too. And one of the biggest highlights of 2022.
When you get to see a real legend, and he's 79 years old .. Well, He's not going to sound like he did .. but he's there giving it his all for everyone. Arohanui Paul. .
I bet most of the people that actually paid for the show was to see him, to be there with him, with the living legend of popular music, does not matter voice quality anymore, it probably was a privilige for we the people that got to see him
I have been fortunate to see him three times first time flowers in the dirt tour second time off the ground and third time driving rain tour which it was terrible

Wow that such an awesome thing!!! And how cool to still be friends after nearly 60 years!!

His voice is not as robust as it used to be but that's still Paul McCartney, the legendary Beatle. Old man quaver and all.
Now So FI is an official stadium A Beatle has Graced the stage.
True Rock & Roll Royalty. He is the absolute king of the R & R Mountain. Top of the heap. No one will ever be this big again in rock-no one:)
Totally agree!!!
The Beatles still on top. Paul needs to stop torturing his vocal chords....and my ears.

Thanks for this video. Rock on Paul! Helter Skelter at almost 80!

Me too!! Great show but ppl say they didn’t like the SOFI venue so much. It was cool 😎 to me.
His concerts before Covid were 3 hours long, obviously been reduced with his age and voice.

All you people complaining about his voice--go sit through a Dylan concert, or Coldplay.
