That is a sweet set up. Something similar in Wyoming would easily cost another 200K at least. It is exactly what I am looking for...but I couldnt make the move (right now). The place is quite nice, really awesome setting, all the infrastructure with buildings, pond, spring, etc. is just amazing. Too far above my budget, or I'd be on it like a duck on a June bug. It as nearly perfect as any homestead I've looked at. This would definitely be a good setup for an intentional community of self-reliant/self-sufficient folks. Especially, if they were to acquire the additional property, too. Do you know if it is being handled by the same agent?
Radiation is good for ya, it makes ya grow real tall and also you can grow extra limbs in case something has to be replaced. Also makes your crops grow really big.
In California that property would be well over 1.5 to 2 million. I am in the market and 350k would not get me anything near that. Such a beautiful property a steal at that price.

Civil unrest or illness will cause people not to go to work at the plant. Would the water get contaminated if there were a problem at the plant?
