How to Install Child Bike Seat on Bicycle by Topeak

Here I install a child seat to the back of my bicycle. It was actually very simple and I just needed a pair of plyers and a couple Allen Wrenches.
The whole process took me about 30 minutes.

Not sure if you’ll see this and I can’t find this problem online, but the screws that came with the rack seem to be too big for my del Sol bike. Not sure if there’s a solution to this?!

My seat lifts at the front slightly is this normal?

Hi Jamie, so I'm not an expert installing these and this was my only one so keep that in mind. My seat is not raised in the front. Is your seat locked in? Is there anything behind the bike seat like a reflector or light that the child seat is catching on? I would test that to see if the seat is hung up on something.

The front of the seat needs to hook over the front of the bracket, you don't slide the seat in from the back.
