In this case, the graphics processor is the limitation. You can tell by looking at the power usage. 107W with VRAM limitations vs 119W with full potential.
The difference is from two to five frames... just like in other games. The amount of memory on these video cards is not as important as the performance of the graphics chip, and the video chip is already working at the maximum of its capabilities!
Bro can you please reply ( Ryzen 5 7600 igpu ) What do you think about CODM on emulator at what graphics settings and how much fps will it give? Can you please test Can it run VirtualBox and in there can it run windows or other virtual os without any problem lagging? And what about day to day work like 6-7 chrome tab at same time or playing 4k movies etc. Can you please test it and please reply ASAP
What are you talking about, im currently on nidavelir, game doesn’t stutters, and pc doesn’t get as hot as playing gow 2018, and im running on 4 gb vram, im really waiting for the fps to tank as a lot of people mentions, but the game runs smooth, im perfectly sure that if sony wanted it, they could even optimize it a little bit more for 4gb vram cards
@@karthiknair1711 yeah, i hope they do, im currently on Asgard, and not a single problem, but a lot of people were saying that it was impossible to run on 4vram cards
@@federicomontano5082 try older drivers of the rx 570, but before that uninstall all drivers using display driver uninstaller and then install older drivers of RX 570 (i think the 24.3.1 one)
In Midgard 57 fps average for 4GB vs 58 GB for 8GB and in Svartálfaheim 32 fps for 4GB model vs 35 for 8GB model. It is not a big difference to tell you the developers in the beginning that you should not even be able to start the game.
Maybe for these kind of VRAM comparisons, also take the time to look close-up at textures to see if they load properly for the lower VRAM model.
I am very happy to be able to play on 1050 ti mobile 35-60 fps with frame generation

Maybe in parts when you fight a lot of enemies we will see a bigger difference, but that is difficult to compare.
Thanks!
It drops when fighting
look there are some places where you NEED at least 6 gb vram in 4 gb youll get good fps here but when you get to nidavelir not even 20 fps

But what about 6gb vs 8gb vram in this game?
I don't have 6gb vram gpu right now can't tell you
5 fps difference in some areas not much
it's still not pleasant
This is because a 4GB card consumes less energy.
in some area is 30fps vs 40fps
or even 25fps vs 35
is a big diference
is a big diference 30fps vs 40fps and better stability

So did they remove the 4GB error in Patch 2 or do you still need the mod?
They removed the limit in Patch 2
you don' need a mod they removed 4gb limit
