the hazard is a knob on the column, you pull it out to activate them. Also the high beam should be a button on the floor.....flipping youngsters....lol
I can't help it but I'm frickin rollin😂😂 during Erics adventures in ol blue
Pull out the small red button on the steering column Swede!
Erik said. "Cleaned the window with a ham sandwich". Made my day!😂
That was the best comment I have herd in a long time
I cant stop laughing over that one. Classic!
Perfect description… laughing because I know exactly what that looks like .. 👍😄
Door man was excited about his job, awesome.
That dirt removal is crazy. I am 74, raised on the farm until the Army got me. We had a 3 bottom plow and when a little frost came we were done with tillage, it is amazing what your able too do now days.
Much respect goes out to anyone that's plowed with a 3 bottom plow. My grandfather spent the bulk of his life using one. It's crazy to think that he actually made a living and done quite well.
He retired completely in from farming around 1984. He passed away in 1994 at the age of 86.
In a lot ways life was a lot simpler and easier then.
@fireguymel I'll agree with that. Not only was my grandfather a crop farmer, he also had a heard of milk cows, raised hogs, chickens, and worked a full-time factory job.
Your Grandfather sounded like a very cool guy, hardworking, yet loved the animals & the rural way of life, a life well lived indeed.
@leddielive he definitely was. Kool thing is he liked the simple things in life. He was the best man I've ever had the privilege to have met and spend time with.
I'd have to say the best parts of my life was when I'd spend the weekend at the grandparents house. Could always count on him fixing breakfast of a morning.
Chris in little Bob...😂😅 big man in a little machine.... said in Chris Farley voice....
"Somebody washed the window with a Ham Sandwich"
Lmao 🤣
Totally enjoyed watching the video Chet 😊
Love to see Dougo's reaction upon seeing the mound of mud on the shop floor. . .
Upgrading Ole Blue looks like a good winter project.
Eric you are very knowledgeable on spreading fertilizer
Big guy in a little Bob!!! The door installer was like a professor of garage doors!!
That was pretty cool editing when all the tractors rolled in at the end.
I love people like Jeff, super knowledgeable and super helpful, it's rare these days
What a great guy Jeff is... natural charisma...
When he saw the camera😕>😁
He had the best line in the episode too “now that you’re done cleaning all the dirt out of the field”
Look at little Bob saving the day with the clean up of the shop hahaha
Martin is curled up in the corner crying. 😮
😂
Jeff is Awesome 😎👍👍👍
Love the Energy..... Keep it coming Jeff🤣🤣🤣🤣
Liked the clip of all the tillage rolling into the shop together!
I recently discovered Newman's own black beans and corn salsa lol.id like to thank you for growing that awesome flavor.mmmm
The hazard is the little button on the side of the steering column
Some were twist knobs that you had to pull
Love you guys channel, so much info, insight into large scale farming, and humor. Side note 1, my brother was a Brock bins dealer, I've had a hand in building many bin sites like yours, what a chore and tons of planning involved! Most we did in one year, 22 in one summer, mostly 48 ft 13 rings, with a few 60 ft 15 rings thrown in for fun. Side note 2, I work at an anhydrous ammonia production plant, if you ever find your self in SW Iowa, stop by and I'll give you a tour of what has been home for me the last 31 years.
Nice to see the new combine at 17:25 with a different ladder, no stickers and no flags on the unload spot. 🎉
I think your right… because I think AF1 hasn’t been washed to that extent yet
I LOVE old Blue!! She just needs some love and would be a BEAUT!
Chet Dougo Eric Broodie Chris Jordan that was outstanding great explanations on fertilizer overhead door seals old blue little Bob just a great video thank you all
Thats a nice looking new combine in the corner
I have a good eye for little things. Theres a new 790 in the shop with tracks, obviously big wheels replacement. How can I tell? It has John Deere’s new style lights and beacons.
And it is perfectly clean
@@samcoon3822 oh yeah, and that too.
Maybe Grandma was last one to use the blue truck? Would explain the mirror adjustment.
Great team effort across the board guys. These vids are always very enjoyable. Thanks
I bought snirt stopper at the Fort Wayne farm show 2 years ago… it was well worth buying, I used to have immense wind past my west facing garage doors in the winter, and it cut that down to basically nothing and if it does leak any it’s probably due to me not installing it 100% correctly
Martin 2 is going to need some new parts after it gets done with the shop floors this Fall.
Also very wet here in the netherlands. Records beeing broken... beautiful machines you work with!
I think that Merlin’s garden is getting a top up!
Little Bob was the hero today!! 😂
We laughted ourselves silly when Chris(?) came in with it. The big man in the little thing 😂
Looks like you’re starting your own new field for planting next Spring. It’s impressive the huge amount of mud in those tracks
Another great video. Those tractors pack a pile of dirt in the tracks. Thanks for sharing again.
Fixing leaks is gonna be a money saver.
I've not seen one, but i would suggest that a farm such as yours, have a wash bay or wash room for washing machinery and trucks, pickups, etc.
I have seen many trailer washouts. Many designed with several pits to allow sludge, and mud, and whatever will fall out of the water into settlement pits or pit designed to allow a skid or front loader to scoop out the pit of solids.
With the costs of trucks and pickups and being in minnesnowda, a drive-thru wash bay, with something like under vehicle auto on and off water flushs and of course rinsing sprays for the outside of the vehicle's. All of this would be expensive, but the prices of new cars, pickups and trucks, a daily rinse would make a big difference in your tradein value!
@melvinrexwinkle1510 - They have one. I don’t know if it’s as extensive as you’ve described though!
Thanks for another great video Chet. It was interesting.
Lots and lots of mud. Wow. The shop has a huge pile of mud from the tractors and tillage tools. Hard to clean up. But you all got it done.
Really like that company that seals up around your big doors. It works good. This gentleman also did Zach Johnson and he likes it also.
Good product to seal your doors up Chet. Good going on that product. Believe you will notice a difference. Thanks.
About it for now. Thanks for everything Chet. You all take care and be safe.
The Iowa Farm Boy. Steve.
seriously great entertainment plus very educational. Keep 'em coming
Great to see Little Bob in action.
You need a shallow pond to drive muddy tractors through.
Iconic farm truck!! :)
Little Bob looks like one of them Roomba vacuums.
I didn’t realize you had 3 case tractors and I have been watching for a few years
Dougo wins with the only one that can pronounce manure. He doesn't say manuer, or ma-ner. He says ma-newer. 🎉
Can’t imagine that much dirt in your clean shop! 😬💪👍🏼
Great addition to your doors
Wow Chet was pretty mellow in this one.
Good to see y’all sweet video always appreciated and informative stay safe bless y’all
Hazard switch it on top of steering column! That radio only ever played Rush Limbaugh and Paul Harvey!!!!
With them 870 T bolts back the nuts off 1-2 inch’s it worked with both of ours have not broken one yet
"Hey don't yell so loud!" LOL ≽ܫ≼
😂
I think your channel attracts all Farming Simulator fans!
I wish I could have seen Dougo’s reaction to the dirt pile
good stuff once you seal those dors u can stop the air and the small critters from getting in and less heat and air lose good work god bless
I used to use granular fertilizers for my grain and Hay crops and then I bought cows and spread manure on everything now, and the yields have been about 40% increased since.
Chet we have two 870 and we’ve started using rod ends from ballistic fab takes a little fabrication but the don’t break which is good
Hazard is likely a black golf tee looking thing you pull out on the side of steering column. Or is a rectangular thing you pull up on top.
My favorite farming channel. Keep up the great work
You need to make a shallow concrete culvert fill it with water and drive your tractors through backwards and forwards to get rid of the mud
Anyone else notice the new combine in the corner?
And people though t they got a x9 hahaha
I feel ya Chris. I'm a big boy myself. I have put many hours in a Bobcat 440. They feel large compared to an S70. I always sing Fat Guy in a little coat when I run the S70.
You can plant corn indoors now! Amazing how much dirt came off those.
Good job, door stuff very interesting..
Nice dirt pile to grow your vegetables indoors over winter.
Jeff ❤️ his job. Its a great thing to see 👀 😊
The flashers were on the steering column it’s a button you pull out. 😂😂😂
Thanks 👍
4 guys standing around and chris is the only one with a broom. Chris is a worker.
Anyone else notice the new combine on tracks?
You guys need a big push broom for Little Bob
Listen to the ol 400 scream love the old dentsides. I had one for my first truck. Also hazards are on the right size of the colum just behind the steering wheel
Great video
Great video guys
Big farm😮
Look on the steering column. You got to pull it out
The fun never ends at Larson Farms!!!!!!
The manerrrr? 😂😂😂😂 You rule BS!
😂
The young boys are working now nothing is easy in life .I bet your dad is smiling 😊
I see that new 790 sitting in the shop! Can't wait for the new combine video!
“Menurrr” 😂
UA-cam has “translate to English!” 😂
if you could get a polly edge on a skid loader bucket or even a plow with a polly edge and just push all the dirt in the shop
Good show
good to see the big swede
Beautiful farm!
You'd think the quad track manufacturers would develop some triangular shields to be mounted inside & outside each track to keep all the mud & crud out of the drive/boogie wheels, surely someone could design something, plus I think it would look very cool?
Would just make more work cause you would have to remove them to clean everything.
The mud just gets everywhere.
keep up the good videos Happy Thanksgiving to the Larson's
My uncle used to say when he commented on a rough weld, "Who let the turkeys in?" 😂
In Minnesota the wind comes out once a year and stays out every single day 😅 That guy is awesome
You guys love the mud I see 😂 guys r doing a great job on the equipment good maintenance guys take care
After watching a few seasons of you guys djcking around with tracks, I can say with confidence I'll never have a tracked machine on my farm
I’m curious where you live?
@@1911Murray Michigan
Enjoy your show I i’ve learnt a lot try a hand spade to clean out your tracks works good did it on the pipeline?
I feel like after watching 2 seasons of y'all digging mud it would be much cheaper just to run wheels.
That mess is something. Great video
“Someone cleaned the windows with a ham sandwich”. Lol
Awesome 😎
I learned a few years after I had fields drained in the U K that the last 5 - 10 yards through ,a hedge into a stream , or just into a ditch needs to be done in non perforated pipe , so that roots , hedge or grass don’t grow into the perforated pipe and grow back into the the drain looking for moisture and completely bung the drains .
To bad there isn’t any way to keep mud out of the tracks but it is what it is lol thanks for sharing
