Recipe and ingredients:
Recipe 1
00:00 Oatmeal 1 cup.
00:16 2 apples.
00:50 Water 100 ml.
00:54 Vanillin.
00:57 2 eggs.
01:04 Cottage cheese 170 g.
02:13 Cranberries.
02:22 Bake for 35 minutes/190°C/380°F.
02:48 Recipe 2.
1 zucchini.
Salt.
Wait 10 minutes.
Oatmeal 4 tbsp.
100g cheese.
2 eggs.
Pepper.
Mix.
In the oven/20 minutes/180°C/360°F.
06:44 Recipe 3.
2 apples.
Water 30 ml.
Make applesauce.
Oatmeal 1 cup.
Nuts 50 g.
Vanillin.
Avocado oil.
In the oven 200°C/400°F/30 minutes.
09:44 Recipe 4.
Walnuts 1 cup.
2 bananas.
lemon juice.
Ginger.
Tangerine peel.
Cinnamon.
Bake for 35 minutes/190°C/380°F.
13:11 Recipe 5.
1 cup oatmeal.
2 eggs.
sour cream 1 large tbsp.
Vanillin.
Stevia.
Cranberry.
3 apples.
Vanillin.
Stevia.
Cinnamon.
Stir and add a little water if necessary.
When the pancakes have cooled, heat them in the waffle iron.
