they were adopted when in middle school, right? My guess is they're one of her close friend's sons.
When I first started watching the vlogs I just thought of her as the typical asian mom but the more I learn about her it seems like she's lived such a fascinating life. Makes me think of all the amazing things I might not know about my own mother cause I keep thinking of her as just my mom when she probably has so many amazing stories from her life that I don't know about.

I swear its the season for reconnecting families!! I just met my sister who was adopted when she was a baby and now she is 18 (im 25) and I couldn''t love her more!! Next is my 17 year old little brother who was also adopted out as a baby. Great to see everyone happy and together

I need a podcast on this to be able to understand it, I'm very lost... But she does not have to explain it to any of us if she doesn't want to, just to be clear. Just the timeline of things is really confusing, mainly the part of the boys growing up in the US and not speaking that much english.
well if they came to the u.s during their middle school years i can see why they would struggle with english as it’s harder to learn a new language the older you get. but i still agree, something about the story is off. even dandan was confused (unless he was joking but i don’t think he was) and based on how she’s talked about him in the past, you would truly believe she didn’t have any other brother figures i her life. she isn’t giving us the full picture but at the end of the day it’s their business

@@BRiGHT-CHilD Maybe my family’s dysfunctional but I have a distant relationship with my brother too. He was 7 years older than me and moved out really quick, the last we spoke to each other was 2020 when we both went home for Christmas. There’s no drama, we’re just not close 🤷🏻♀️

Hi all! I hope this doesn’t come off as rude, but I was intrigued as to why Jason mainly speaks Korean and not English even tho he grew up in the U.S. for the past 8-10 years, thanks!
because he came to america when he was in middle school and lived with people who speak korean. just like my two cousins who moved in with us when they were in middle school and high school They both know and understand english well but are still more comfortable with speaking in spanish and we all speak spanish. Since the only ones who could speak english well were me and my little sister but even then spanish is our first language which is almost the same case for stephanie and her sister !!
