Good art always talks to us. Different people will have different interpretations. That"s the beauty of art. For me, In this mini movie I see light and darkness, fantasy and reality, fire and water, old music changing into new style melodies. Dimash always makes us think. His art is never boring. Thanks for sharing your first impressions and interpretation of this artsy music video....really enjoyed it and YES ! I love this song.

Love your interpretation of the song. Perhaps different from other reactors or Dears, but I respect the honesty and genuine thought. I think everyone has a right to have a different thought and perception, so I find it’s quite funny if there is some people who attack you with bad comment. Anyway, this is your channel and you have a freedom to put anything you like. I follow you for years and enjoyed your reactions and arts, but I notice that you’ve been gone for quite long time. yeah there are some things that is like hitting nail on the head so I don't bother to mention. But there are tiny little things now that I think about it that i could mention. like he mentioned that "man in a man's world and making a name ain't easy these days", could be a critique of western music which is hard to make a name and break into without compromise one's integrity, so making a name ain't easy, and it is not just not able to break into the western music industry but also change the corruption behind that industry and its gatekeepers, which isn't easy if you are just a man living in a man's world and playing at the same level, which then connect to what Einstein famously said, u can't solve a problem at the same conscious level it is created. shrug.

I love the way you look for deeper meaning in the symbolism of the art and the story itself. I take the story on its own merits rather than a metaphor for Dimash's life. I think you were on the right track with him being tired of his existence and her being his salvation, his way of becoming a "man in a man's world".

But you didn't expect so many details, did you? I like some gothic music, but I don't particularly like the culture like vampires, blood darkness and so on, but what to do? He did a good job, despite those scary nails and teeth. Thank you very much. Take care!

    • @TPACasual
      @TPACasual  3 місяці тому +6

Right, but it's really the personified unconscious version of him that the reporter dreams about, which means in reality he is just very reserved and there is this mystery around him (mystery is always associated with something dark) and her subconscious painted a vampire out the guy.
He could be the nicest guy ever and she had to dream him as a vampire or werewolf haha. But it also reveals his quirky side. I mean who invites a reporter to do a first interview at night in a manor (given the limo his real house probably not small)... and stipulated that she has to be alone etc, all these played a part in her image of him, reflected to us as a dream vampire. But of course the theme of alone smack us in the face. So many ppl feels more alone then ever in a ironic digitally super connected world.

Thank you. I enjoyed your take on the lyrics and the video. Of course Dimash's vocals are incredible. I like that he's adding R&B/gospel/blues/rock to his repertoire. :) This is probably influenced from his recent stay in L.A. I love that he put that old 1915 recording of 'The Flower Duet' in it. The Soprano is Maria Alexandrovna Mikhailova (1864 - 1943) and the Mezzo Soprano is Antonina Ivanovna Panina ( 1870 - 1941). This was from the 1st act of the tragic opera "Lakme" composed by Leo Dilibes. If you want to hear an absolutely breathtaking duet of this, here's a link that is incredibly beautiful to hear: ua-cam.com/video/C1ZL5AxmK_A/v-deo.html

@@thewarriorforever if your point is respect, what do you think Dimash value more, people that now (what he's been famous on YT for 5+ years?) now focus on his growth and message of the song, instead of just be astonished at his vocal ability still. If you think Dimash has developed and matured to wanting his fans to focus more on the message, then I would think the best respect is those that focus on the message right? Especially songs like this where he is not really showing his vocal talents to what we know he can do.
      So
      1) pretty much everyone that watch this already know about this song and his main channel and
      2) if you really want ppl to show more respect to his craft, u would have went to all the reaction videos (except maybe vocal coach) and ask them to focus more/mainly on substance instead of surface level cinematics quality or vocals right? could you point me to some of those comments you made before today, urging reactors to look a bit deeper to the message? Which is real respect and something that Dimash would appreciate at this point of his growth.
He already saturated a good portion of the globe, he also saturated a good portion of niche area on youtube. What you think he values more at this point, people spreading his message and digesting that, or another number to his channel, of which 99.99% ppl who watch Dimash related content already knows on youtube.

this is a small channel so I try to not ignore any comments but I'm just really confused how to even react to your words. It's like... going to an aquarium and then complain: "sorry, don't like looking at fishes". I literally said at beginning of the video what it is going to be like, and how there are so many reaction videos that serves the purpose you are looking for. So now I'm just confused. Is what I said not clear?

Одни отрицательные эмоции. Жалею, что потратил время и траффик на просмотр никчемной реакции.

Это не реакцинер. Это комментатор футбольного матча. Ноль эмоций, ноль реакций.
