This is Dimash's second work in partnership with Dmytro Gordon and lyricist Candice Kelly (the first was “When I've Got You”): It is a more pop phase with the inclusion of traditional Kazakh instruments (in this case, the “dombra ” makes arpeggios similar to a guitar). Dimash has a very progressive work, free from commercial constraints. He tests and plays with his fans!
The only thing predictable about Dimash is he's unpredictable.

Dimash has a good sense of humor. He knows Dears would be upset with anything too violent. He is all about world peace.

"When I've Got You" is blues/jazzy.
He mixes genres and somehow makes it all sound awesome. 😄

There is also a "Perfromance Video" for Smoke where he dances 😎 As others have noted, Dinash has several pop songs, as well as jazz, opera, folk, rock, etc.
The only genre he has not done so far is country or raggae music 🤣
