In my experience, after sliding the beads on the mono, I use my pliers to flatten the mono so the two pieces of mono stack better on top of the hook as they are tied down. Having the flat spot has kept the mono from twisting. Twisting mono can allow the trailing hook to ride crooked and throws the swimming off kilter. Just a suggestion.
Nice easy tie , I do one similar but instead of craft fur use Arctic fox . Killer pattern used it a lot in Alaska on big rainbows and char but effective anywhere you want to throw a streamer . Unfortunately in some case’s in AK you can only run one hook so you have to cut one off . Tied some In purple and black and white and chartreuse scaled down just a little going to try them on Tarpon in Mexico . Thanks for sharing.
WHy do so many streamer junkies tie exclusively or nearly exclusively with Loon tools? I havent found them to be as good as other brands. Not meaning any offense...

I actually am fairly diverse with tying tools, but I do like the loon hair scissors and comb. Can’t speak for everyone else 😂
