You can have multiple profiles on a path, with those ones on the end relatively small to create a leaf shape.

sorry quick question,I starting the in-place mass on an existing building to make a roof, went to inplace mass and inserted the points on my existing geometry and made the spline, but the points only show the workplane not the arrow to move up and down. Thanks!

ok i just realized i thought I set the workplane correctly but it switched the workplane after I inserted the points. Once I made sure the workplane was correct the arrows showed up
