- I cooked this sumptuous fried rice for my friends and thought to show you how to cook a mini bulk tasty fried.
This method allows all the flavors release into every grain of the rice. You’ll love it!
Fried Rice Ingredients
4 Onions (chopped)
Garlic 10 cloves (Chopped)
6 Cups of Basmati Rice
2 tablespoons Thyme
700ml Meat/ Chicken stock
Bell Peppers: 1 Large green bell pepper, 1 large red bell pepper & 1 Large yellow bell pepper
Green peas 300g
4 Carrots
350g Sweet corn
Basil flakes
1 tablespoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon basil
3 tablespoons seasoning
Protein of choice Meat/ Chicken

Oh I didn’t add salt. I use just seasoning and other spices most times

What can you use instead of chicken stock

You can use any stock water. Maybe from turkey or beef. But if you do not have any stock at all, you can use water. It's totally fine

Chef T, i noticed you hardly use salt in your cooking, I didn’t see you use salt here, even when you cooked Jollof rice with Akah. What spice do you use to replace the salt?
I never thought about adding butter to the oil, will have to try this.
