Hi Romulus , I dont think age is really relevant ,I am happily retired now ,love my fishing ,all types and as soon as they tell me me my time is up ,I will graciously ride off into the sunset forever grateful for the time I have spent with the Angling fraternity and the sport and fun it has given me ,till then ,tightlines and happy fishing .

Can't see the point of using sticky pellets with groundbait ordinary pellets would do sticky pellets can't stick to each other with groundbait between them

You are right. Alan Scotthorne is old, still, he was 5 times world champion and several times on the podium in the world championship. Also, he is still a member of the England National Team. That's the only reason he is the image for Drennan
