The Netflix of Carp Fishing.
Absolutely spot on. I saw that Wingham fish from a boat the summer before it was caught and told Steve there's an 80lber in there!!! I've got a photo of it. Mental.
Was big plate a true English fish bro?
Wonder what the 86 weighed before spawning and without water retention? Anyone know what it was caught at previously?
A carp is a carp and weighs whatever it weighs when it’s caught and that’s that. There’s a 60+ common just up the road from me in a little pond along with other 50+ carp in there, all grown here but not British fish but so what? Id be happy to catch one, might give it a go sometime
where's that then?
Wasn't elliot quite vocal on the wrongun debate 😊 Mr camo won't fish for anything that wasn't stocked by Mr leney himself
The industry is a victim of its own success and definitely peer pressure and wannabes. ANYONE paid to go fishing and endorse gear whether they like it or not MUST be seen,at some point to be catching and its either a steady hit of better than average fish or an absolute epic about catching the target fish from a lifestyle and world that 99% of anglers have no part of or ever will. Its also about flogging kit...I wonder where all those 10's of thousands of barrows and bedchairs are?
Well said, facts. just enjoy your fishing aaaaand smile.
Top class this lad…No smelly chat and says it as it is 👍🎣
Top bloke is crowey keeping it simple and catching 👏 on this debate lots of bellends in carp fishing with no life other than on the Bank and far to much to say lol! Carp fishing 🎣 is what you get out of it and the personal pleasure it brings to the individual ✌keep enjoying your fishing guys and be happy 😊
I thought carp were from monks in late 1300s, early 1400s? Or romans importing, 43 AD, common carp for food. Me I fish on my own terms and am not dictated to by any simpleton as I’ve fished for them since 1985/6
To me the best guy out there met him as well 👍🏻
Spot on Simon
What lake in Lincolnshire was that anyone please?
The most ridiculous argument in carp fishing and possibly in general. I've spoken to people outside of fishing about this debate and their words were "you need sectioning if you argue over things like that"
Good Interview bro💥👊
I find it mad thats guys will call potential record fish wronguns yet if they catch a new PB 40lbr that got stocked at 30lbs then thats ok but a record fish i think must have some history of growing on in the lake it was caught from
Too many WRONGUNS , carp fish I’m afraid. Nice one crowy, good stuff son. 😂😂😂😂😂
“ There is NO right or wrong “ … we have this same thing here in S. Africa. Stocked fish from other lakes & huge carp etc.
We have many young ‘uns who don’t know the history of Specimen Carp fishing in SA .. We leave it be. Good interview Mr. Crow
Spot on
i was laughing all the way through this.
Its just numbers, nothing more!... Enjoy your time, as you don't no what around the corner.......
I said exactly the same on my comment
It's all laughable half the top lakes in country have simon Scott's fish which most were put in at between 20lb and 30lb its not like they were put in at under 5lb and have grown onto to 40lb plus.
I understand the potentially serious issues surrounding foreign imports. I do agree UK records should be just for UK reared fish too, just from a purist stance.
I do wonder how many carp these days, can be classed as pure UK stock, without import genes within their genetic make up?
I wouldn't take anything away from someone who's put in the time to catch their target import fish, but it wouldn't be my choice to fish these places, but that's my own personal choice at the end of the day.
I'd be more concerned with imported diseases & the potential problems of flood water escapees entering nearby river systems.
Some of you guys, have a choice of where to fish & I would suggest that if you don't agree with the stocking policy & associated reasons surrounding this issue, just fish a venue that are proud to have UK stock within it's waters and one that ban foreign imports. 😊
Just enjoy your own targets & fishing, don't fish against your own principles.
Most lakes are full of wrongens. Crorats every where. Griton and Granville are full of them
Was big plate a true English monst ? Shame it's past away 😪 😔
Theyre all non native carp. Its only cos uk is cold that they aint the vermin they are considered to b in USA and Australia cos they cant breed well enough in most waters to take over.
I am a carp man by the wAy. Its not their background that bothers me. Its fishing busy venues covered in anglers where they get caught 10 times a year that i dont like. But each to their own.
Carp fishermen are the worst type of fishermen
No moral wronguns
Worst people I’ve met when it comes to angling in general.
