..accidently i gave 12v in my arduino uno rx pin then my arduino uno not working and the usb to serial ic chip heating and my arduino on but iam press reset button its not reset and the led not working i hope my arduino not died the usb to serial ic was died so now iam totally blank what can do next i don't know and iam not have money to buy other uno so i need ur help
