You don't think that the government hasn't made them crash test these things and charge them out the ass to have all that stuff permitted and all that? Plus in. Limo you don't have seat belts so there is a level of danger no matter what so don't be a scared lil baby, people die no mater how safe we make things.

Here after reading about the limo crash in upstate NY. I’m shocked at how little (if any) safety features there are. I didn’t realize that limos are all just modded cars not at all designed to carry the load of the extra structure let alone so many passengers.

If this is how they build it, people should run the other way. Parents sending their kids on Prom nights in one of these should 100% watch this video.

At the bottom I'd use a boxed tube and build a structure that would stand up to a semi truck side impact. Contact cement is for countertops I'd use the red glue that most RV manufacturers use but that me I'd also install a fire suppression system if passengers were stuck in a crash
