Sir mere Hero Flash e2 gari ko 2 sal huwe achanak 1 week se battery shirf 2 ghante me full charge ho jata hai or 15 se 20 km me discharge ho jata hai. Or pahle charge hone me 4 ghante se jyada lagta tha or 70-75 km chalta tha.kya krna chahiye margdarshan kiya jaye.Dhanywad

Can you make a 60v lifepo4 battery with custom dimensions? I need a battery with a very specific size to fit in my old ICE scooter converted to electric.Its ok if it's slightly smaller but it shouldn't exceed the dimensions I need.

Actually it depends on cell, if only one cell got short all cells will die.
This is the reason why not to go with cheap quality cells
This is because many sellers don't do particular cell testing.

Bro the video is not good not shown correctly, if you are shooting from the phone put the phone in horizontal position, not shown balancer and charger how it was connected.

More than 600 mv diffrence after balancing & testing 5 to 10 cycles of this battery same cell is drop .this is not permanent solution.
Brother apne jo bhi battery banayi uska ir test ni kiya...unbalance hona to jayaz hai fir.
