Ingredients:
Filling--
Chicken Boneless 1kg (Boiled and Shredded)
Ghee/Oil 3tbs
Onion 400gms or 4medium
Garlic 1tbs
Green Chili Paste 4tbs
Green Chili Chopped 2tbs
Black Pepper Crushed 1tbs
Salt 3/4tbs
MSG /China Salt 1/2tbs
Cumin Crushed 1/2tbs
Dough--
All Purpose Flour 1kg
Salt 20gms or 2tsp
Ghee 60gms or 3tbs
Water 2cups and 4tbs
Layering Paste--
Corn Flour 3tbs
Ghee Oil 2tbs
Baking Powder 1/2tbs
Alhumdulillah i made these kachori today for aftar n they were literally mind blowing. Bazar wali tu iss k agai kuch nai.
Worth the effort it took....so flaky n light at the same time without being oily.
I made 5 kachoris with 250 gms of flour.
I don't have words to thank you enough, I followed each and every step and voila it was a hit. Hats off to you and your honesty. Triple 🙏

Made these kachoris today.Its taken me 3 hrs from scrach till end. I have made a small portion with one measuring cup maida .managed to make 4 kachoris out of 1 measuring cup maida,1 boneless chicken breast ,1 onion and 1/4th cup milk, paste of 5 green chillies and 1 chilly finely chopped .salt n pepper as per taste.2 pinch ajino motto.Method as shown.They have turned out just amazing.Toooo good .Its like another level of cooking taste n texture.Thnx cheif for such detailed explanation.Im sure no one cud go wrong

We just made this recipe after seeing yesterday..Mom Chef , She made it in small proportions ..6 kachories...and with a little of her own addition of sauce in the stuffing,with home made tamarind chutney; And just had it in today evening..It is yummy..very good dough..tasted like chicken patties..after all the stuffing is like that...Very nice recipe..Thank you...😇

Instead of frying can we bake it and at what temperature and for how long?
Pre heat oven at 150' C , place kachori on baking tray, place the tray in the middle part of the oven brush them with some oil, back for about 25 to 30 minutes.(timing may vary because of the quality of oven)

I followed every step accurately and the result was awesome i loved it, my husband loved it..... I was worried k halki anch pe pakaya to buhat oily ho ga but it wasn't, ma nay waqai finger daal k oil k halka garam honay ka check kr k kachori ko oil ma dala and 4 min baad it was up, 6 min baad i changed the side and after 15 min on the other side it was done.... Great recipe.... And chicken ki filling k spices were on spot.... Not too much not less.... Really really happy.... Made it first time.... JAZAKALLAH brother....
