I think will be interesting more infomations about Liudokai and other baji's powers . Your videos is very interesting. Please make more videos, if this possibly.
Another awesome video.. This is exactly how my laoshi taught me. I love pi... I have been doing that for 9 years now, the pi in tongbei jibengong where one hand falls down heavy on your upper leg and the other hand hit the chest with the side of the index finger to the hand.. Does it make sense?
Nanchang Bajiquan ask your teacher to show you the standard body conditioning. Most likely it's that... Stretch Right hand in the air and push left hand down, then you drop it on upper leg. Don't use muscle power but heavyness. Left hand hit the right chest. First from standing still and then from movement. First just stepping to the front and then stepping back.. The final one is stepping zig zag ging haha.. I can't find explain it better than that. Trust me you have done it, I'm sure your teacher love that jibengong.
Nanchang Bajiquan ua-cam.com/video/liXPv5gIQzo/v-deo.html Please check this link. This is my laoshi from Hebei. Durinf 13.50 (this is baji erlu) for baji and during 14.40 (pigua). These were the most basic jibengong we always did and well I still do. I only have one video of me on my channel where I practice jibengong on a tree.
